I live no near this place but as a local bar and I can see it's charm. I ordered a Gin Rickey and it looked dark after explaining twice to the bartender how to make it and it was absolutely awful because he made it with JB whisky and not Gin, whiskey, seltzer and lime juice with a fresh lime doesn't mix very well at all. For the trivia, I really appreciated the format. 3 rounds, each with 2 categories of questions. There aren't really long drawn out breaks in between questions which keeps things moving. They do take a break between each round, which is perfect so you can grab your next drink. The categories are fun and challenging. Losers get to pick a category for next week which I think is a fun twist as long as the category isn't super niche. But I guess that is the advantage of you are the loser that shows up the next week to play. Overall fantastic experience.
