I found that out of much later they came over and apologize and sent a gentleman from Fort Myers. Read the first name of Kyle who I hope I haven't left put in a new stone with the walls to go with it's not level. The walls are all crooked. They he's for the plastic resident trim off the frosted window that looked into the tub and told me oh by the way, you need a second code of mud on the throw. All I put up and he didn't put the drywall all the way around and left me a mess. Left the window undone. Left the tub and done. Left the sub floors exposed. I called. Company and their manager. Chad told me on the side. I said I did not. He was a goat employee. He came to give me a quote as a goat he was here. I asked if you get replaced my busted up bathroom I was asking him as a goat employee. You're not as a private person I don't know the man from anywhere change the toilet, which was no big deal OK job. I'll give you that. Not not a great job. I'm not a good job. Just OK. He also stole two $500 Apple advances from me and a $50 cash advance from Apple. He told me he needed that. I find out after the fact here for the whole time except for the library last the goat company truck in and a company uniforms that he was expired. And he's done the same I put pictures of my yelp and I'm looking for them because it was horrifying. I had a Contractor who lives gonna become with it and he goes. This is horrible. They need to come make this right. I called the goat, plumbing, out sent Kyle put the tub in. Nothing is my shower all level. They just don't wanna take the time. He said we Don or and we don't walls around the unit and we also onto the window. Resident that rush. The window that looked and with part of the set up the shower set up. Well first plumber. Told said they did everything. Or I would never have agreed to this job. I'm 73 and I'm Social Security. My $4000 job is turned into a $10,000 out that I cannot afford. I live right in a 55+ community right on the water and we were two hurricanes in a row and I have been slowly digging my way out years. Trying to get my place for back together. It is my retirement help. I do not have homeowners insurance because they do not give them on mobile homes. My mobile home is basically brand just a chassis, the iron very strong. Was putting 8. I had to replace the water, vapor etc. etc. I'm a far away from being done. I want them to give me back with the money I gave them because I afford to them this kind of money. I found a wonderful man from my church who has a commerciompany and he sent guys over to work. They they did do a wonderful job .I want my money back from them and they will not give it back to me. Kyle mgr Goat Plumbing Co took my tub . He said I won't be able to get anything for it and a week later I get a phone call. Oh guess what? I can'give you $700 for your tub as they able to get it back from Home Depot for you.. I want rest of my moneys. Kyle from Fort Myers of goat, plumbing Company. The night. He left here. I had to write a check for $2000. I've had $ 2000 before but I wasn't sure if I gave them the extra 210 if i did not . I said I will go you $2000 because they know I'm very prompt about paying my bills . I want that Money back, they still have my money and I've had to pay another 1500 to the other company that did the job and fixing the disaster and I'm very upset about and he told me that night. When I said I will just send in the 210 into the company. He said if you don't write that check for $2210 tonight. I am going to tear out your bathroom. Everything I did. I should've let them do it. It would've done me a huge favor and I am very upset and I want justice Constance C

Extremely Disappointed - Ineffective Service and Exorbitant Fees…read more We hired The GOAT Plumbing Company based on their strong online reviews, but our experience was thoroughly disappointing. 1. In November 2025, a technician attempted to clear a clogged sink drain in our guest bathroom but was unsuccessful, stating nothing more could be done. Her only solution was an expensive main drain descaling/jetting service quote for $1,500 to $1,700+. Six months later, we hired a second plumbing company. They successfully cleared the blockage for just $175 using a standard drain snake--the exact same tool GOAT's technician used unsuccessfully. The costly $1,500+ jetting service recommended by GOAT would have been completely unnecessary. 2. Our total bill came to $533. Because the total was processed on a credit card without an upfront cost breakdown, we assumed the fee was primarily for the drain attempt. When I later checked the itemized receipt, I was shocked to find: * $83 for the unsuccessful attempt to clear the sink drain. * $450 in labor/fees to replace a toilet flush valve for a minor leak--an $18 part at Lowe's. Had we been quoted $450 upfront to replace a flush valve, we would have declined immediately. 3. I emailed the owner directly to detail our experience and give them a chance to address these concerns but received no reply. We take responsibility for not inspecting the emailed receipt right away, but the combination of inaccurate diagnostics, extreme price markups, and lack of customer support means we cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I had erratic, low water pressure. The first tech identified the problem and ordered a resin…read morereplacement for my water softener. It only took a couple of days for the product to arrive. Kielty called to schedule a clean out. The second tech verified the issue before completing the work to ensure I did not waste money due to a different problem. Alex was very thorough and informative. He gave me tips on other plumbing areas in my house and also fixed a leaky faucet while he was here. As always, Kielty techs and management are thoughtful, professional, and understanding. I trust them completely. The prices are fair and the service can't be beat. Thank you Kielty for your reliable service.

UPDATE: The manager called the seller and is getting her a credit on the plumbing repairs…read more As a local realtor, I work with a lot of different service providers, and I truly wish I could say my experience with R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was a positive one -- but unfortunately, it was far from it. I needed to coordinate a plumber for a seller who had already moved out of state to South Carolina. The home is vacant, and we discovered a minor leak in the laundry room near the washer hookup as well as an issue with the main water shut‑off valve. R.J. Kielty came out during the week, gave us a quote, and assured us they'd order the parts and be back on Friday to complete the work. Friday came... and in the middle of the day, we got a call saying the parts weren't in and they wouldn't be out until Monday. That was frustrating, but we waited. When they did finally come out, they only sent the sellers a photo of a small portion of the work they did in the laundry room. When I personally went to the home to inspect, I was shocked. There was a massive hole cut in the laundry room wall -- and in the process of removing the drywall, they had carelessly ripped off large sections of paint. They never disclosed this to the seller, and simply left it that way, knowing full well the home is getting ready to go on the market. When the seller called them, the plumber simply said, "I don't do drywall, there's nothing I can do." No apology, no offer to make it right. As someone who prides herself on connecting clients with trustworthy vendors, I'm incredibly disappointed. Not only was the schedule pushed and communication poor, but the lack of care -- and the fact that they took advantage of the seller being out of state -- is unacceptable. I cannot recommend R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating & Cooling after this experience.

Tim and his team responded quickly, and very courteously, to our situation and fixed the issue. The plumber on site, Ernesto was fantastic! He explained what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. I feel fortunate that we will be able to find someone that did what they would say they would do, when they told us they would do it. Unfortunately that's not always the case. It's good to know there are still contractors out there you can trust. I highly recommend Tim and his team and will have them on speed dial for any future needs.

Nearly criminal pricing…read more My 65 year old mother called to have them come clear a plugged toilet. After arriving nearly two hours after she expected them, they told her they couldn't do it without removing the toilet and it gave her a quote for over $900. She called me and I told her to send them on their way. They charged her a $200 service charge and made her feel ashamed for not going through with the job. I called another plumber I've used before and they quoted $250, so I scheduled them. When I called and spoke with Tim, he tried to explain to me how difficult of a job it would be to remove the toilet and clear the line. After questioning him, he admitted it would likely take under an hour. He then told me that he didn't quote $970 that he actually quoted $790 or something of that nature. I don't believe him over my mother and if you are willing to change your prices that quickly you know you're being unethical anyways. TIM, I'm a man of my word and I promised you a 1 star review. Stop ripping off senior citizens with your outlandish quotes.

Starting with the friendliest and most astute phone representatives I've experienced. They were so polite and accurate, assuring me throughout the entire process that i was in good hands. I felt the value of this. Erika, Akira & Cheniya will absolutely blow you away. Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. I cannot stress enough the tremendous value this company brings to me and my family as a homeowner in Florida. Thank you Expedited Heat and Air, from the bottom of my heart!
