I chose Wedding Officiant Canada to officiate my wedding after seeing the great reviews online…read more When I first met with Dominic (pre-covid), I knew immediately that we were in good hands. He was so warm and welcome, and very friendly. I am SO happy he was able to officiate our ceremony - he spoke on things that we casually mentioned in our initial meeting, and made the ceremony fun for everyone. It was in no way your typical ceremony - there were jokes, inclusion of our guests, and it made it feel like such a fun environment. I couldn't have asked for anything more - it was perfect. Dominic also attended our rehearsal and put any concerns to ease, he made the whole process easy. He was also very accommodating to our date changes due to covid - which was amazing. 10/10 RECOMMEND :)

This week I made a booking for my family, leaving next week, last minute all inclusive. Everything was booked, paid for, and arrangements were made. Something happened with our booking and I was called 2.5 hours later to be told that they lost the booking somehow and we would have to pick something else. When I asked how this happened all I was told was "these things sometimes happen". No one took any accountability for it. The agent I was dealing with told me he would follow up with me the next day to discuss options. When I didn't hear from him by mid morning, I began calling the main line and asking for a supervisor. I kept getting the same script, these things happen sometimes and there's nothing we can do. The original agent finally called back around 3:30pm and left a message that everything was canceled. My messages to customer service remain unanswered and my email via Facebook says that it seems my issue was resolved and to let them know if I still needed to talk to someone. This is the poorest level of customer service I have ever experienced. Not only the error with the booking, but the complete lack of follow up and follow through and not one person taking accountability for this. We now have to rebook for different dates and pay significantly more money because someone dropped the ball, and they don't even have the decency to call me back personally. I would never recommend Tripcentral again.

We were here for a 2 hour photo session and we totally had a blast! The studio provides everything necessary for the photoshoot experience, including the dress, shoes, accessories, and photo sets, so all I had to do is come all dolled up in hair and makeup! I got to try out 3 dresses and took lots of photos around the set. I did have to bring my own photographer but if you don't have one they can help you take photos too. Totally recommend coming here for engagement or wedding photoshoots, intimate ceremonies, themed parties, or having a fun photoshoot while playing dress-up as I did!

We loved the unique atmosphere of the indoor/outdoor space and so did our guests. They even provided us with a bartender for a very reasonable cost. She was phenomenal at providing a variety of options with different price points and varying accommodation perks . This was by far, the easiest vacation to plan and the fact that she was able to keep it within budget truly amazed me .

This is a beautiful facility with several ballrooms that can be scaled to one's desire and budget. The main foyer is huge and bright. The convention centre is conveniently located off Hwy 401, 407 and 410. There's plenty of parking onsite. Our ballroom was elegantly decorated for the evening occasion of music and dance to celebrate the forthcoming wedding. All guests were notified that the theme was Bollywood night, bright colourful attire which made things light and extremely fun! Everything was nicely planned for cocktail hour followed by an excellent dinner. The convention staff were helpful and provided great service. My friend and his bride-to-be should be pleased about the future if this evening was any indication of their journey ahead. Best wishes and congratulations!

We had worked with Amanda months earlier for an impromptu anniversary photoshoot, and were…read moreincredibly impressed with how comfortable she made us, and how beautiful and creative the photos we received ended up being. When we were looking for a wedding photographer, she was a natural choice. Because we had already used her, we already had high expectations, but somehow she managed to exceed these. From the time we booked her, Amanda was responsive and enthusiastic. She scheduled a phone call to be sure she knew exactly what we were looking for, and to get a better idea of our wedding vision and guests. Her questions were thoughtful and I thought very thorough. Leading up to the wedding, Amanda sent day-of schedules and plans, and scheduled another phone call to ensure we were on the same page and that she would get the kinds of shots we were aiming for. During the wedding, we continuously got comments about how capable, professional, easy-going, sociable, and amazing Amanda was. She seemed to be everywhere at once, and our guests could see how passionate she was about her work! We received almost 30 sneak peek photos not even 12 hours after she left the wedding. We LOVED all of them. She has an amazing way of making her clients feel comfortable, which shines through in her photography style. We felt as though the photos were uniquely "us" and captured the emotion and happiness of the day. 2 weeks after the wedding, we received the full photo album. The photos for all intents and purposes, are gorgeous. They're properly edited and she uses the natural light to her benefit to capture the best angles- they're absolutely stunning. My new husband and I went through them all together and we honestly can't pick a favourite- they're all beautiful! Amanda has an amazing eye for creativity and shots that are outside the ordinary, but completely eye-catchingly beautiful. She managed to capture every photo we had asked for, and the candids that she got of our guests really capture the atmosphere. I seriously can't say enough positive things about Amanda as a photographer. I never imagined that I would be in love with every wedding photo I received, or that they would bring so much emotion back from the day. We plan on never using any other photographer!
