This place is VERY uestionable. They asked me for my credit card info via email. When i called to make changes to my flight, the agent just hung up on me after i expressed what I needed help with. Then I called again. Another agent picked up and said he'd call me back in twenty minutes after he makes arrangements. He repeated my phone number, so I know the previous agent could have called me back if she had accidentally hung up.Anyway, this second agent NEVER called me back. Yesterday we three seniors go there office and booked 6 tickets for india.payment for two ticket wasgiven .4 tickets were put on hold today i checked on other sites.rate difference was more than $75 per ticket for same air line.when called in office not given good excuse. False Advertising I called to book a flight with them after seeing there ad on the TV that they will beat any online price. I usually book online but thought to give an Indian the business versus an online company. I called them 3 times and the first two times I was told that the rep will call me back but no call back. Finally I called the 3rd time and the rep Parveen went online step by step with me to see if the price is valid. He checked and after that he said sorry mam I cant get that price. I said well you have false advertising on the TV as you say we will beat/match online price. These people start businesses and do false adevertising. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THORUGH THEM. I dunno where to start but apparently I never got a chance to use the full service of this company from 2 agents. Like can you imagine both the agents from the same office/company offered similar service? Like no service? So the first agent (not sure if I should mention their names) I called beginning of March, gave my dates and destination, and never called me back. Like we never talked or like I never called to Nanak Flights. After a week, 2nd Agent, I called in the afternoon, received a call back with pricing in the evening, I told the agent about difference in price from their website and also requested to change the dates and destination and quote me for both (previous dates and destination and new one), and guess what... never called back. Next day 3rd time, I called for the second agent that I spoke to yesterday, Another agent instead of putting me on "hold", accidentally hangs up on me. So i called back and probably another agent took my name & phone number, said the agent I spoke to will call me back. 3 hours, No calls and my online price also went up. So Frustration Frustration Frustration. Speechless !!! So question,... How many tries do we give when we are trying to support a local business? And Finally, 2 Days passed, Manager nor the owner responded to my complaint that Apparently I spoke to a Customer Service Specialist. Like who are these people, really? scam!!!! beaware when booking!! they decline your credit card then want copies of card then they want you to wire them money!

They made the mistake and said its me. I end up pay 300 CAD for the cancellation. I hope I will get my refund. Don't book with them.

Possible scam!!! So first of all, there was a little snafu booking my tickets on-line. I had to book my 11 yr old child as an adult, even though it allowed me to enter her as a child and a child is up to age 12 yrs old. I had to pay an adult fair for her, which was frustrating. I'm not sure that was Nanuk's fault or not. More concerning though was, two days after I had already received confirmation and the e-tickets, I received a phone call from Nanuk Flights. They told me I had to re-book my tickets because there were no seats left on the plane. Then he, (Sonny), kept reading me other flights available that were 2x and 3x the price! He wanted me to book and pay for new flights right then. I kept asking him how there could be no seats when I had my e-tickets already. He just kept telling me there were no seats left. I told him I would call back after I talked to my husband, so he left me his extension number and name. I called the airline directly (Turkish Airlines), twice to make sure, and they assured me my tickets were secure and in fact I already had seats assigned to me. I then called my credit card company and they assured me that a transaction was made between myself and the airline. I was relieved but angry because obviously Nanuk lied to me. I'm not sure if they under-charged me and now wanted me to cancel and then re-book at a more expensive price? ( I did get a great deal on my tickets, but I attributed that to a coincidental dramatic news event that was taking place in Turkey the morning I was trying to book my tickets, and my destination included a brief layover in Turkey. I could see that all ticket providers did drop their price for that day, some within a couple of dollars to Nanuk's.) I am also wondering if someone from Nanuk was trying to scam me and sell me "phantom" tickets which I would pay for but didn't actually purchase, just to get my credit card info. The whole thing left me very unsettled. Needless to say, given the dishonesty of Nanuk I will never book flights through them again. read more
