When you first enter, there's a huge warehouse room of men's and ladies' with some juniors, and shoes, then to the room on the left is where cashiers are, along with accessories, some housewares, and luggage. It's like a maze, but you have to keep weaving around and head to the back, which wraps behind where the original room was, and it's yet another warehouse room of kids' clothes and kid school uniform clothes. The place is GIGANTIC, just take your time to navigate through it. If you wonder, "can I keep going back there?" Yes, you can. As usual, my armload (and this time it was a painfully heavy one) was under $20!!!!! Grabbed a vest off the rack, and went inside... greeted cheerfully by staff. Asked if I wanted to try on vest, so I did. Was surprisingly offered to be shown like 3 different ways to wear it. I was in a hurry so I didn't really get to look around. Traffic was steady with people constantly coming in. Staff were very polite, helpful and engaging. When I went in to reclaim them, they had not been sold, but the jeans could not be located in the store. I returned a second time to search again, and still, they could not be found. Staff briefly helped me look, but there was no resolution. When I reached out to customer service, the only solution offered was for me to pay $9.99 for staff to search again and if they aren't found, I would lose both the jeans and the $9.99. This is completely unacceptable. The item was lost while in their possession, and I should not be financially responsible for their error. I expected accountability and a fair resolution, but instead I'm left frustrated and out a valuable item. I cannot recommend this consignment shop based on this experience.

After placing the order I was not sure if I had indicated the right size. To hedge my bets I ordered another pair, a 1/2 size smaller. Right about the same time as I placed the second order, the first order arrived. (In excellent packaging and with priority shipping.) It turns out this pair fit fine, and quickly I attempted to contact Sneaker Outlet to let them know. Via phone and email the connection was made, and not only did the representative (Bill Q.) say he had been able to hold the second order, but he also provided a 15% discount on the first order. Classy and Professional courtesies, indeed. I can recommend Sneaker Outlet and will be sure to buy from them again.
