My fiance and I have been on the search for a photo booth company for our wedding next year, and we came across this company. I contacted them inquiring about more information as to their services. I was first greeted by an email by Sales Representative Debra Brady, who responded from, what looked like a charter.net personal email address, asked us for more details about our wedding. I promptly replied, addressing all needed information (wedding date, location, estimate of time, etc...). My email was then responded to on July 14th, by Jennifer Corridan using the same email address (which coincidentally reflected Jennifer's name. Not very professional using a personal email address to do business, but no big deal). Jennifer let me know that her husband (John), "the owner of the business", was discussing the requested date with another client, but no contract has been signed as of yet. Jennifer mentioned that as soon as she knew the clients decision (whether they were going to book Jubilee Photobooth's services), she would get back to me by Wednesday (07/17/13). When Jennifer mentioned that a "contract had not been signed yet", I responded out of curiosity, inquiring as to the contents of a typical contract. Jennifer responded mentioning she could not discuss a contract unless they were available for services, "a technical legality, as my husband is an attorney..." she said. July 24th rolled around, a week after Jennifer said she would respond, so I reached out, inquiring as to the status of the tentative client. I received a response from Debra the following day (from the same email address) stating "The booth is available for your date, Please let us know if you would like any further information". I responded, stating that we would love more information. I received an email listing various information, which I could've simply pulled from their website. Excited that the date was now available, I made my fiance aware of the news, and awaited the discussion of this so-called "contract". *THIS PART* I take full responsibility for: 2 full weeks passed from our last conversation regarding the detailed information, and I started to become concerned that I hadn't heard from them regarding a contract, or any information about "moving forward". I sent an email out on August 9th, addressing my concern that I hadn't heard anything, and was simply writing to ensure we had their services locked in for our wedding date. I waited until August 16th, in which I still had yet to receive a reply, so I sent a follow up email requesting confirmation of service. I received an email the following day (Aug 17th) stating they "didn't receive my email", and last they heard from me I was only interested in information. ***Like I said, that part I take responsibility for, because I did not officially say "we are confirming we want your services." *** Again, no big deal (my fault...). On August 18th, to rectify the situation, I forwarded the "misplaced email", (time-stamped and all), and REAFFIRMED that my fiance and I are still interested in their services, and to PLEASE let us know how we can proceed. I waited for a reply until Wednesday August 21st, when I didn't hear from them, I finally decided to call Jubilee Photo booth at 11:07am (in hopes to reach John) to get some resolution to our situation. It is now Monday, August 26th, and we are still left with no reply, return phone call, or resolution. Our wedding day will be a day that we will cherish for the rest of my lives. If this company doesn't want our business, that's perfectly fine, we will gladly take our business elsewhere. Especially to a company that wants to help make our special day one we will never forget.
