Houlihan (in my opinion) did not do his job; I had to satisfy myself the UCC filings were unrelated / unenforceable and discovered Houlihan didn't have enough sense to check with the Town of Brookfield to ensure taxes were paid in full prior t closing. The earnest ($10,000) money (we ended up closing without this attorney's involvement) ended up divided between Houlihan and Seller, etc., because it was less costly (more attorney fees) to walk away from $10,000+\- than play the game and litigate...
