They tricked me and disrespected me. First, they apparently ignored the contract I had negotiated…read moreso they cost me$2000 for the house not being broom swept even though the contract I brought them specifically covered that. They waited till 5 minutes before closing on a Friday to tell me, so if I wanted the house that weekend I had no choice. When I complained I was told I should have read the contract. I thought my lawyer was supposed to be on my side! Secondly, the entire project of selling and buying both houses was my and only my project. I had to pay a month hotel bill for my in-laws as well as a month of maintenance and rent for the place I was buying Long and short they are unprofessional and do not care about their clients.
