They tell you if you email your items directly you will wait hours. So, go to today. I walked into 5 people waiting for the 1 copier at self service. The first guy had a ream and a half of paper and is making copies of probably 50 pages individually. No one else is waiting.... not for Amazon or ups. The staff ignore the cluster. So.... then we run out of paper and have to flag down the employee to fill the machine who still recognizes there is a problem. I will say they are on top of those waiting for package returns.... but it is aggravating to wait so long.
