I finally went across the street to Brothers and had an excellent tuna sandwich.

Last week, for the first time ever, we ended up with a steak that just wasn't up to their usual standard. Honestly, it's so rare for them that we didn't think much of it, but my husband stopped in today and mentioned it. What happened next is exactly why we keep going back. They didn't just acknowledge it -- they went above and beyond. They replaced it with a free NY strip steak, and on top of that gave us Prime Butcher playing cards and a big bottle of their "Everything" seasoning. Completely unexpected and absolutely appreciated. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They didn't have to do any of that, but they did -- and it speaks volumes about who they are. The manager and staff are always smiling, cracking jokes, and just genuinely good, down-to-earth people. And the meat? Always beyond delicious -- you won't find better anywhere else. We'll definitely continue to be regulars. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out.

I did have to trim off a tiny bit of silverskin off the outside of one of the steaks, but that's generally a good sign that they cut the meat in house. There were five folks behind the counter to help get things out of the case, so that was easy and fast. We also got some local-made roasted pork buns in the frozen area made by Dumpling Daughter, which were also a nice treat. Will probably be back. Would recommend this place if you want locally butchered meat.

We had the Loaded Cheesesteak Deluxe and the Chicken Milanese, both stuffed and well balanced. I was also tempted into getting the "1 empanada plus chips" combo after seeing them while waiting for my sandwich. I ordered in store instead of calling ahead because I was in the middle of a shopping trip. The man behind the counter gave me a realistic time assessment, which was quite reasonable for the quality of sandwiches he put together. I had time to look around the shop which has a great butcher section as well as a small but nicely selected set of specialty foods. It's a small shop but well organized, bright and friendly. It's also tucked in near a popular bakery, so if you have a few minutes to wait you can just hop next door and get dessert.

The best subs I've ever had!…read more I don't usually do reviews but this establishment is worth the drive. I had "The Bucciarelli" on a baguette while my wife had "The Caprese" also on the baguette. We got there before going to the beach. Three hours after we purchased them both sandwiches were still crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. The meats in my sandwich were premium quality, piled high, and individually delicious. We only ate half the sandwiches that day and the other half the next day. This place has established a new benchmark for what a good sub should be for me. As far as the cost. They were expensive. But absolutely worth every penny. Finally the service was really great. I highly recommend this Salisbury Location! -PFB

Upon entry, I noticed the location was very well organized and clean. The wrap-around cases of meat, take and go, all kinds of grill items (chicken, steak, tips, burgers, sausage) and then the butcher, ready to cut whatever you need. Boars Head meats are available, which are my favorite. A wall of drinks from craft beer, soda and water to name just a few were cold and ready for purchase. I ordered my favorite....a roast beef panini with yellow mustard, pickles and caramelized onions on a ciabatta roll. My brother ordered his favorite, a turkey sub with mustard and lettuce. Again, both sandwiches had Boars Head meat. The staff was ready to take orders. There was plenty of employees willing to help and answer any questions that we had. As I said earlier, it was busy but the customers were managed very well. I have to share a story. My former favorite spot for my roast beef panini was the Corner Store, Chatham. However, after COVID, they decided to discontinue there panini's, which was an absolute heartbreaker! I have never had a bad sandwich there! I have spent a long time trying to find a comparable sandwich and I finally have! My panini here at Bucciarelli's matches the Corner Store! It was awesome....warm, fresh bread....delicious roast beef and the perfect amount of mustard, pickle and caramelized onions! I plan to make my way back for sure! My brother enjoyed his turker sandwich, as well. He is a new fan, too! Finally, I found some incredible Irish Potato chips, which I have never seen before. They are not Utz, Lays or Wachusetts.....check out my picture! BBQ chips were really good! Keoghs We took some pictures which give a good view of the location. Parking was easy. I was able to pull in front of the store and there was approximately 6-8 spots available. 5-stars!

Not too much mayo on the Roast beef and I am overwhelmed with the amount of beef that is put into the sandwich. The beef was super tender, very tasty and not bleeding. It's so good to see you get what you pay for here, they put local sub shops to shame. The Italian sub was just as awesome and it was made with generous portions as well. The chili is saturated with beef and has a heat that sneaks up on you. The store is eye pleasing with a variety of groceries including fresh protein, frozen meals, sauce, salads and more. I'll be back with a little bit more cash for something from the shelf. Worth the trip.
