Ippudo is a Japanese restaurant founded by Shigemi Kawahara a.k.a the Ramen King and was able to established for over 80 restaurant chains globally.
Menu:
The Goma Q is consists of cucumber, sesame dressing and some secret Ippudo sauce, the combination of the sweet taste of cucumber and sesame seeds are mouthwatering.
The Torched Salmon Roll beats the rest of the meal that I ordered here, it is so much better than the Goma Q and Okonomiyaki to be honest. The toppings are consists of Metaiko Mayo and some Fish Roe with the Salmon torched (literally). It tasted so good I wanted to order another one but I have limited budget. This meal is worth it though.
The Okonomiyaki for me was okay but my sister loved it maybe our tastebuds differs but anyways, this meal consists of chasyu (some slab of boneless pork), black konnyaku (a Japanese version of noodles from Konjac plant, you can research more about this), okonomiyaki sauce, and some Japanese version mayonnaise.
Conclusion:
Torched Salmon Roll will be my number 1 recommendation for you. The customer service here is great too! And of course, let's not forget this place and its food styling is instagrammable worthy.
I'll go back here to try out some of their menu.
Happy eating
