Looks like the generator was always there. Their pricing is very competitive, the best in fact out of all the contractors I researched. Around here having a generator is practically a necessity and it saved us a few times when the power went out for days. It's probably the smartest home investment I've made. They went through my home, identified the issue and came the next day to do the work thouroughly and precisly and close out the problem. Moe was organized and reliable and true to his word in getting the problem resolved so I could move forward to closing. I would definetly recommend Moe to anyone under time constraint.

While Moe initially seemed knowledgeable during our 200-amp service upgrade and generator hookup,…read morethe follow-through has been a total nightmare. The installation failed inspection due to code violations caused entirely by the incorrect location they selected for the work. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake, Moe blamed the inspector, refused to meet me halfway, and demanded more money from me to pay for the rework caused by his own error. Because he refused to correct the non-compliant work without extra charges, I have had to file a formal complaint with Westchester County Consumer Protection. What I thought was a reliable 'go-to' electrician turned out to be someone who won't stand behind his work. Avoid this business. As another customer mentioned, he is very pushy about closing invoices, which I paid after work was complete, but before inspection. My mistake - now he's non-responsive.

The owner came to my home. He was polite and thorough. On the first visit, he spent 45 minutes examining the system and initially thought my thermostats were malfunctioning, but after doing some office research, he concluded the thermostats were fine and simply not communicating with the boiler. On a second visit, he adjusted the boiler control panel, and within 15 minutes, the system was working properly. While it shouldn't have taken a year, a lot of my physical and head space time, BBB intervention, and a threat of a lawsuit to get a new installation working, I am updating my review to 3 stars to reflect that the system is now running correctly and GC Reliable ultimately did the right thing in the end.
