    Notice regarding blankets

The venue is great. Chairs super comfortable. Food is high end bar food, but tasty. The website is a bit clumsy for purchasing reserved seats. If you claim seats, but get tangled up in processing, the seats don't reopen quickly. Also, just as a notice, they no longer provide blankets for reserved seats. They can be added for $15 (run to jc Penny's and get one or bring your own) or pay for Gold membership.

White stuff on blanket that looks like spider eggs and it's not soft blankets like before.

It's been bought as of I believe June 2026 or that's when we've noticed the changes and asked what's going on. They bring drinks in plastic cups No monthly food specials or drink specials any longer. Changed to only have beer and wine and soft drinks (no mixed drinks) food is not as good. Wait staff seems to have changed and takes longer to get food. Almost twice as long as before and order is more often wrong than right. Blanket was dirty. Wait staff talks loud during movie- I guess they all left and haven't been trained to talk softly. Asked for popcorn to be delivered about 10 minutes after our meal was delivered but it came before. Then we asked for drink refills but instead got more popcorn that was suppose to go to someone else. This place was so good but not any longer.

I watched a movie here a couple of days ago and i had a great experience. This place is very unique with its seating, and the staff here is also very kind. We ordered a pizza, truffle fries, and mozzetta sticks, and they were all great. Only con about this place is that the head rest wasn't very comfortable in my opinion. I really enjoyed it here

Great service from start to finish, and the food portions were excellent. It is definitely on the pricier side, but you're paying for the full experience...the spacious seating makes it feel like a first class theater resort. I loved how much space there was between the seats, and the complimentary blankets are such a nice touch if you get cold. Overall, a really great experience and perfect for a luxury movie night.

What a high class movie theatre experience. Check out my pics to understand the level of detail- ladies we have a shelf in the pods to out our bags! There is side beverage holder as well as a food tray. We are offered nice comfy blankies. There is a quiet bar and pool hall in the lounge so you can make a whole date night here. Just a super elevated experience. What should you know before booking: pods are in groups of two. It would be an challenge for a parent to bring two children. This is really intended for pairs and that kind of intimacy. Loved the cocktails!! I splurged and indulged in an espresso martini and it delivered.

You'll pay a pretty penny, but it's worth it! IPic is always a great time. The setup is very nice and they have an array of gummies you can order while enjoying playing games or kicked back reclining watching a movie. Love this place every time!

Perfect for more intimate date nights with your special someone. You ride the elevator up to the reception desk where they ask you for the first name on the reservation & then direct you to your theatre (which is behind an open bar and recreation area). Once inside the theatre you see exactly what I mean by intimate, as there's more separation between seats along the top & sides of the theatre and the sides act as a barrier so you don't really see much except what's in front of you. The seats recline, the cup holders are built into the sides to make more room for what you order, and for the cherry on top each seat has a blanket to use at your discretion. When it comes to food and service IPic can do no wrong. My favorite to order has been the Loaded Fajitas Steak Fries. My man has had their impossible burger & their pepperoni pizza and both have looked (and tasted) really good. One thing you do need to beware of though is that the theatre will not let you in to your movie if you're 20 or more minutes past your reservation, so be on time.

This theater was recommended to my fiancé and I while here in Dallas so we decided to check it out. The tickets were a bit on the pricey side so we had high expectations. The service was good and it was mostly clean, but the bathrooms could have been better. We did not try their food but we got drinks and for what we expected with a higher end theater, they weren't very good. It was a cool experience but we wouldn't go again when in town.

My boyfriend and I love watching movies but our favourite theatre is definitely Ipic! It's spacious, seating is great, they give you blankets! (Us cold girlies know that one blanket isn't enough), and the food quality is definitely up there. The quality of the screen and surrounding sound makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, most of us a have a comfy home couch and flat screen tvs with good sound system, but this cinema just elevates your theatre experience. I like that they get the credit card stuff and order right away at the beginning of when you're in your seat and making sure you don't get interrupted while the move is playing. It makes it easier to just have the check dropped off when the movie is done so you don't even need to mess or fuss with it. Next, the quality of the movies we watch here is sooooo nice! We really enjoyed our date nights here! Besides that, the seats recline so that's really nice and for some reason, you feel it's more quiet. Something about the type of clientele you get and the way the seating is structured.. even kids were mostly well behaved whenever we went. Next, the silent button to call an attendant is great but what takes it to the next level is how great the service is. They are so polite, so friendly and definitely work hard to make sure we were happy. Truly a good place for movies!

Can I bring my own wine and pay a corkage fee?

Unfortunately no. They have a huge wine selection that is changing every few months

How "clean" are the pillow and blanket?

Once a movie is over the staff come in and collect them and replace them with washed and cleaned pillows and blankets for the next movie.

We arrived a bit early, so we grabbed a couple of drinks while waiting for the rest of our group. I ordered a double Tito's and cranberry--it was made perfectly and definitely hit the spot. Once we headed inside, it looked like seating was first-come, first-served, but we had opted for the VIP tickets. Having those reserved spots gave us a fantastic view of the stage; I highly recommend going the VIP route if you can! The show itself was top-tier. The openers had great sets that really warmed up the room, and then the "Queen" herself, Kelly Kells, took the stage. It has been a long time since I've laughed that hard! I was so grateful we chose this night to head out. In terms of the venue, everything was clean and well-maintained. The event was held at a hotel downtown Dallas in one of the conference rooms. The event had a cash bar (cocktails and beer), and a four course meal. There were pass hors d'oeuvres before the event began. Once you were seated at your assigned table, they began the meal with a salad. The croutons were stale. I didn't touch my salad after a few bites. For the entree, we had a choice between fish or chicken, so my fiancé and I ordered one of each. For our event, the option was a grilled salmon with a side of broccolini, or grilled chicken breast with a side of house potatoes. Overall, the entrees were better than expected, but nothing to really rave about. For dessert, they sliced up 4 different types of cakes for each person to sample. They were pretty standard. The venue had valet parking, but you can find a spot via SpotHero to self park. The men and women ("detectives") leading the mystery hunt made the whole night enjoyable! This is a PG-13 event and there were some inappropriate jokes tossed round. We laughed so much, and got to meet a lot of nice people! FYI, you will need to get out of your seat to "interrogate" the people in the room to try to figure out who the "killer" is. There are actors and actresses hidden within the audience, which made it so much more fun!
