I then go to pick up the medication as I received a message saying it was ready in the morning I go pick up at 330pm and the pharmacist tells me they forgot to put the label it will be another 10 to 15 mins I was already upset that no one reached out and now I have to wait longer. I tell him I cant wait 10 mins I have to go back to work and he said ma'am there is nothing I can do without a label. I had to leave back home to go back to work and waste my time and gas after they said it was ready. Why would they do this I really dont understand this was the worst experience ever will not recommend this pharmacy and definitely will have my medication go elsewhere.

While waiting, I browsed the store, everything was clean, organized, and easy to find. About 5 minutes before opening, the pharmacy tech came over and took my name, which was already a great start. Then, less than 5 minutes after they opened, my medication was ready! She even apologized for the short wait. This was honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a CVS.
