The pharmacist 'Mr Jay' , has always been so kind, honest and patient with our family. My daughter has a complex neurological genetic disease, and a compromised immunity- and requires medications for multiple reasons. Mr jay has never questioned or doubted the need for anything she has been prescribed, and goes above and beyond to get the medications as soon as he is able. The parking lot is a bit oddly shaped, so getting in and out of there is kind of a pain. This location impressed me, and I've been in quite a few Walmarts in my day (and Wal-Mart's too).

I visited the Walmart Auto Care Center in Deltona for an oil change on my 1987 truck. The staff checked me in, gathered my information, and confirmed the oil I wanted. The only initial issue was locating the correct oil filter due to the age of my truck. After waiting approximately 35 minutes, I was informed that they could not perform the oil change because the oil used during the previous service did not match what their system showed for my vehicle. What was frustrating is that rather than trying to find a solution, the service manager, Tony, simply told me I would need to return to the Orange City location. Since another Walmart location had already serviced the truck using the oil I requested, I expected more effort to resolve the situation. Thankfully, service writer Dio stepped in and completely changed the experience. He went above and beyond by personally walking with me into the store, helping me locate the exact oil I wanted. While it cost a little more, it was the correct product for my truck, and Dio took the time to help find a solution instead of just turning me away. His customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help are the reason I'm leaving this review. I also feel it's worth mentioning that it wasn't a great look to see the service manager smoking near the lube bay and openly complaining about not wanting to come to work that morning in front of customers. Dio saved what could have been a completely negative experience, and I sincerely appreciate his help. Because of him, I left feeling that at least one employee genuinely cared about customer service. Unfortunately, based on my interaction with management, I'll be taking my future business to the Orange City or DeLand locations instead.

While waiting, I browsed the store, everything was clean, organized, and easy to find. About 5 minutes before opening, the pharmacy tech came over and took my name, which was already a great start. Then, less than 5 minutes after they opened, my medication was ready! She even apologized for the short wait. This was honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a CVS. I fully expected to be waiting an hour, but they were fast, friendly, and efficient. Hands down the best CVS in town!

Multiple carpet stains, moldy scents, and so much dust. Don't take my word for it, check the cosmetics section. It would not surprise me how much of their product is already expired but covered in dust AND expired does not make an attractive combination, Maybelline. Who wants their pharmaceuticals from a place that looks like it needs a strong disinfecting?
