Covid is still a real thing but even if not, hygiene should always be. I rarely visit this Walmart for various reasons with this being the repeat reason. read more

Walmart Supercenter - Department Stores Near Me - Orange City, Florida

Got home and was missing a bag of groceries $16.18. I went through the live checkout line. Nobody will answer the phone.

Don't ever order anything for drop off. They claim they have it in stock then your order arrives and only 1 of the 5 or so items you ordered show up. They do not keep there stock up to date at all. read more

I shop here about once a month if that but when I do it usually goes fairly well. It always seems to be clean and the shelves are stocked or are being stocked. The staff that are doing the online order shopping though, some need to be a little nicer. I get that they have a time frame but at least say excuse me when barreling through the aisles. At the checkouts though, most of the time they don't even say hi. That is usually the guys for some reason. But this last visit I have to praise a young lady named Alina. She was the nicest girl I have come across there in a long time. No long conversation or anything just nice by saying hi how is your day. Small little nice comment back on something I remarked on. Then she said thank and have a nice day. That was all it took to make a customer remember her and her name 4 days after that shopping day. read more

The service and employees here have overall good service and are friendly in my opinion. Only thing is this store seems to have an issue keeping clean. There's usually carts and trash all over the parking lot, and the bathrooms are not very clean. Other than that I like going here. Recently was in the Auto Care Center, those guys are great especially Mike, great customer service! read more

Call suck customer service six times about an order in Hamilton beach toaster it has a delivery time not print it just says delivery. I need to know what time it's gonna be delivered because I have business to take care of but it won't give me that and this is not the first time it's several times and every time I call they put me on hold let her run out and I get the runaround. I'm starting to feel like an Olympic gold medalist because I have to do so much running around. read more

Very busy location with little customer service. All items seemed to be in wrong area so prices were not accurate. The store seemed clean and had a vast selection just hard to locate read more

NO stars if possible! They use a 3rd party to deliver your food. The 3rd party can't be trusted in, near or at your home nor with your food. Sometimes it comes, sometimes NOT! I have reason to believe my food was tampered with. NEVER using delivery again. NEVER!!!! read more

I've visited many Walmarts...I really like this one. I was using their pharmacy for the 1st time since moving from SC to FL. I thought picking up my meds would be time consuming as I was using Walmart pharmacy for the 1st time in years. Surprisingly it was quick This store is always very clean which is always important to me. If you live in Orange City this is a great place for groceries, meds, and shopping in general. read more

I love going to Walmart especially the Super Walmarts. They have affordable prices, with the wide variety of anything and everything you can possibly need. If you want to buy clothes, they have a section for that. If you want to buy kitchenware, they have a section for that. Have you trying to grocery shop, they also have that. If you want to buy beauty products, they have a section for that. If you want to buy something for gardening they also have something for that. They have everything you need and it is a One-Stop shop which is my favorite part. read more

Not my favorite Walmart. Always seems busier than the other ones so it's just easier to go to Sanford or the one on Howland. Parking can be a nightmare and checking out frustratingly long. Watch for heavy traffic cutting through Chick fil-A bypassing the intersection. Otherwise, your typical Walmart here. This is its third location here. Bonus points if you can name where the 80s and 90s stores were. Remember TG&Y? Lol read more

When I visit this store I don't have any high expectations regarding customer service. But the least they can do is strictly enforce the county and city ordinances requiring the wearing of a facial covering inside stores. I saw people ignore and just walk past the associates at the entrance. This is a private business which can regulate your entry for any reason it chooses. Countless businesses have signs at the door which say "no shirt no she's no service. Masks fall under this concept. If WalMart chooses allow COVID 19 spreaders in their stores I close to shop elsewhere. read more

We are in the game aisle to purchase a switch oled. We push the buttons on both cases to have an associate come to get us the console we wanted. There are two dufuses at the electronics register not helping anyone. Like literally no one was there and they clearly saw us. Regardless they just kept talking amongst themselves. They clearly saw us waiting and still chose not to come help. Guess I shouldn't be surprised however if your not helping anyone at all. Do your frickin job. read more

Horrible Walmart, I told the lady to take a item off and she didn't so I had to walk back because Walmart don't answer there phone , so I walked to Walmart and the lady wants to have a attitude with me , like really u did not walk 30 mins just to have to wait a hour to get $7 back , like fr they had me messed up . Went to purchase some collectable hard to find Hot Wheels for my grandson. When I ask the stocker for assistance she lied and said none had come in when actually they did arrive but the employees were removing all the good cars for themselves out of the shipping boxes then stocking the rest. I was told this was common practice and the managers didnt care. Very disappointed. read more

JULY 2020: I was racially profiled and criminalized for the THIRD time in this store. This time by a clerk, a Caucasian male, at the self check out. This is it. I will not be back. Walmart has lost my business. From now on, I will go to Bravo, Publix or Target. MY REVIEW IN EARLY 2020: On Sunday, February 9th, at around 10:30 at night I realized I needed to get milk, but Publix and other nearby markets were already closed, so I decided to go to Walmart real quick. I went in, grabbed milk and headed to self checkout. As I slide an EBT card, I hear a woman say out loud, "WHO DOESN'T LIKE EBT CARDS? WHO DOESN'T LIKE EBT CARDS?" I look back and I am surprised to see that this is an associate of the store. A Caucasian woman with the stare of hate for non-whites. She is standing behind and between me and another customer to my right and is looking right at me. I don't lose control of myself and face the computer again to finish checking out. The woman continues by asking me out loud, "YOU DIDN'T GET ANY SNACKS? YOU JUST GOT MILK?" I didn't respond to her attacks. I kept my mouth zipped until I spoke to a lady in management that night and she assured that she would talk to the associate. I called customer service as soon as I came home. I was given an apology on behalf of the company. They sent an email to the store manager with the complaint. They told me I could take it up to the district manager if I wouldn't hear from a manager or wasn't satisfied with the resolution. The assistant called me the next day and told me she would make sure that never happens again. I was still not satisfied with the associate receiving an admonition, which is the only thing I think she did about the unfortunate incident I had to endure, so I called CS for the second time and a second email was sent asking if management was willing to tell me if they had taken any action. I was told to call back if I wouldn't hear from a manager, that they could step it up a notch by handing it over to the district manager. Two days had passed before I saw missing phone calls from the store manager. She left voicemails, but when I called back, their phone was supposedly having problems, so I couldn't get through. On Friday I went in person and asked for the store manager. The assistant comes and tells me that the store manager had stepped outside for a break or something. When I inquired if they had taken action, her body language (arms crossed) told me she was in defensive mode, and maybe even hiding the truth. She said that they were in no obligation to tell me what action they had taken (if any), but that the associate was spoken to, that she knows I had called in with the complaint and that the incident was a problem. This makes me think they didn't do squat about anything and that all the associate received was an admonition and zero disciplinary action. I called the CS for the last time and was told that unfortunately I couldn't take it any further because management in the store are the only ones responsible for dealing with this complaint and that previous customer service agents gave me the wrong information when they said they could have the district manager look into it. MY REVIEW IN 2019: I want to give people the heads up. If you're Hispanic and find yourself guessing where an item is in this store at midnight, expect a Caucasian undercover to criminalize you and follow you around. (And this has nothing to do with how you look or how you act. You can go in, like I did, well-groomed and in decent clothes and still get criminalized totally motivated by prejudice. This type of harassment tends to happen often around West Volusia, from Deland to DeBary). And mind you, this is a store that receives many Hispanic customers during the day. read more

Walmart has never been my "favorite" place to go. However, it's convenient and prices seem fair. Huge department store with a supermarket area, and all you need on one store. Was able to buy my cat's kitty litter, feminine products, detergent and vitamins. A bit of everything, I would say! read more

Very very unprofessional. Usually buy groceries here too but won't be doing that no more after the automotive side was unprofessional and rude. A nice and big Wal-Mart... helpful for those who are camping nearby in Blue Springs State Park! Open 24 hours.

I have a disabled mother in law, we can NEVER find a handicapped cart at this Walmart! It is very discouraging, several times we have not been able to shop here and have had to go elsewhere. We have even spoken to the manager who says the carts are being fixed but nothing ever changes. read more

Love this Walmart. Ms. Scottie in customer service is awesome. She was so helpful this morning. Thank you for having employees like her!

I want to be certain that Dylon Santana gets the highest recognition for this. Last night will @ the self-checkout, I suddenly felt very dizzy. Ultimately, I ended up blacking out. When I came to, I found myself on the floor w/several people around me. Dylon was so kind & caring in staying with me, keeping me calm, until the ambulance arrived & took me to the hospital. He even finished ringing up my items for me as well. Upon my return to the store later after being released from the hospital, Dylon was off the clock, yet still attempted to try to locate where they put my purchased items. I was told they would hold onto them for me. This unfortunately was not the case. The groceries were not located. Therefore, considering I was still very weak, I requested a full refund as I could not stand long enough to attempt to shop for all of my items again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dylon, for being a true gentleman with a huge, caring heart! We need more people like you in customer service today! read more

I only go to this Walmart when I have no other choice. Like absolutely don't have the option to drive across town to another one. It doesn't give off the best vibes. Especially after dark. Not to mention getting in and out is always a nightmare. Other than that it's the usual Walmart is as Walmart does. read more

Good location. Standard 24 hour store. Lots of parking and lots of lanes open. Employees were friendly enough. Not much else to say about the ol' Wally World. read more

They have about 6 self check out lanes with the long conveyer belts so you can take your items out of your cart.....they were all closed! Why have them if you're not going to have them available for customers to use. Every time I come, they don't have at least 2 things I came for....one of those items was gallon drinking water! The shelves were bare and it wasn't hurricane season! read more

Never able to get anything I need nor do the associates ever help. Completely terrible. Wish management would actually do something instead of pretending. These guys are absolute thieves! They sold me a product that was used, as soon as I got home and opened it saw that someone had replaced parts of the product, after trying to call and getting no answer on the phone I drove back to this Walmart, even though there were several customer service reps there they refused to even talk to me about my issue, and when I went to try to talk to another associate, the girl from customer service actually walked up and told the other associate not to help me. Idk what kind of scam their running here but i am immediately reporting them to the Better Business Bureau after writing this. I greatly regret walking in this sketchy store and, I don't care about the few dollars i lost but no store should be allowed to do that to people. The woman who refused to help me is the one working in the Customer Service department November 5th around/after 9:30pm. read more
