TERRIBLE place, I went here for a test drive from a ad I had found on car gurus. When I called about the car they said everything I wanted to hear, I took it for a test drive and then they sat me down to go over the details. Everything was going great till they asked me to sign a paper that says that if I'm satisfied with the car I'll buy the car, FIRST RED FLAG: DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Then they tried to jack up the price by over $7k!! They said the price on the ad does not reflect the price of the car, they said it goes by the price of their website. SECOND RED FLAG: The price matched their website!! They then said that the price listed was only for veterans or had special exempts! Next they said the reason it was so much more was because of the extra dealer package they added to the car. THIRD RED FLAG: They make it sound like they added a ton of stuff to Jack up the price when in reality it's just a common scam dealers do to fool you. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACES TACTICS. I made at least two trips to the dealership and several calls to get that resolved, and to this day, they never bothered to call back and confirm that matter has been resolved. Chalk me up as another person who got their false advertising mailer. Upon scratching off the mailer, it said that I won $5,000 instant cash with no purchase necessary. This seemed very sketchy to me so I called the number listed on the mailer. This number takes you to a call center that has nothing to do with the dealership. Surprise surprise, they cannot do anything even after providing them with all the identifying information on the mailer and redirect me to call the dealership. I call the dealership and ask the same questions to see if I won $5,000. The gentleman who answers the phone says I have to go down there and verify it with the event coordinator. I ask to speak to the event coordinator as I do not want to drive across town for a scam. Guess what? The event coordinator is conveniently not in. Everything about this place just screams scam. A lot of there cars that were on the website were listed at a set price and when I got there they said the price was wrong that all the prices that are listed on the website were lies. Also I was gonna trade in my car and they took my keys to go look at the car and when I was ready to leave cause they weren't negotiating a decent price with me I kept asking for my keys and they wouldn't give them to me !!! If I could give it negative stars I would. The following is an email I sent to the general manager, doubt I'll hear anything back. But worth a shot I first called to get information about a mailer I received, saying I scratched off winning numbers for $1k and I wanted to know the catch, I spoke to a Mr.Wys (might be spelling his name wrong). And he informed me I just had to come in show my ID to prove it matched the mailer and I would be on my way with my winnings. After driving 30+minutes to come to your location, still skeptical about everything we arrived. High hopes. Instantly was hounded about if we were there to buy a car, I said no, we are looking for a Mr.Wys I talked on the phone with him. I then proceeded to be sat down with my family and Chris was approachable and said he could possibly get us into a car today with no money down. I explained from the start, we are in the negatives on our bank accounts, my husband is on medical LOA from work and getting only 60% of his income and I just switched jobs so I have no way of showing what my salary is. He assured us he could run our credit and see what he would do. I then asked CHRIS "is this a soft or hard pull" He told me it's a soft pull. After he ran the credits I got notifications about a hard inquiry added to my credit. I brought this up to Chris which he had every excuse in the book about how he didn't say it was a soft, that the banks must of pulled the hard credits, and that my husband and I signed a paper to have our credit pulled. Which yes we did, but NO WHERE on this paper does it state it would be a hard pull. we were told it would be a soft pull and I do not appreciate being lied and scammed too. I then asked to talk to someone else which Chris brought Ceaser out to come talk to me. He told me the same thing then tried to mansplain to me how car dealerships work. That's when I started to get even more upset because that is exactly why I asked in the first place if it's a "hard or soft pull" I know how car dealerships work. I also don't appreciate being called a liar by Chris when I was explaining to Ceaser that Chris told me it would be a soft pull and Chris said "I did not say that" Oh yes you did sir. Before all this happened we were gunna come back next week to purchase a car because I get my first check and was planning on putting around $5k down on a car which is due to me being a salary employee and getting paid once a month. But after this, and seeing how snaky and not trustworthy this dealership, we will never be back. IPAC Pre-Owned Sales Event IPAC left an impact on me for sure! I was approved with $1500 down in July 2024 now cut to August 2024 and I have been in touch with my salesman Kenny G and I was assured that everything was okay! So the morning of my appointment less than an hour before I was scheduled to arrive I received a text message from Kenny G stating that I needed a stronger co-signer this is the exact same information from July. They got me approved and in August I was denied nothing has changed. I'm still at the same address still at the same job and literally nothing has changed but apparently the approval Fairy and Ipac Pre Owned only works in July. I have called the dealership several times on August 17. I called again on Monday, August 19 and asked to speak to a supervisor and I have yet to receive a call back from Jeff or David I just want resolution and the car that I was promised at the price that I was promised save your time. I received a mailer from IPAC about a contest they were running and it said no purchase necessary and TBH usually I would just throw these kind of mailers away, but this one looked kinda cool because it had this pull tab and it explained that all you had to do was have a matching number on the tab to one shown as a winning number - like a high-tech scratch off. I pull the tab and it shows a number and it happens to line up to the $2,500 price (there's literally a number strategically placed under each price and mine was 74937 which was under the $2500 prize). Figuring this was going to be a scam or waste of time, I had called the number on the mailer (because it also states there's limited number of prizes available) and they confirmed I was an instant winner and all I needed to do was schedule an appointment at IPAC to pickup my prize. I figured, I'm off I'll be in and out. Drive over there and it's PACKED. A bunch of these all over the place and I instantly know there's going to be some f$ckery going on here. They get me with an advisor who proceeds to try to get me to purchase a car. I tell him, look - I'm going to be honest with you, I only get so much time off and I didn't plan on being here all day, I'm just here to pickup my prize. He asks me about my current vehicle and takes down some info and makes a copy of my license and he asks if he can just show me a couple of vehicles. I go driving around to all the IPAC lots with him and none of the cars are what I want so I tell him look, it just wasn't meant to be so let's head back and get my prize. I should mention that the copy of my license and the mailer he literally just let on the desk - all my personal information just chilling for anyone to steal or do whatever with. I took a picture of the mailer in case they tried to "accidentally" throw it away or pull some kind of bait and switch as well. When we get back to the office he says sorry we didn't have what you're looking for, but I have your info so if we do get something can I reach out? I say sure - the number I gave them is fake anyways - call way! So after all this show he proceeds to tell me it's time to reveal the prize, and I'm puzzled because I'm like what's to reveal? There's a prize and distinct numbers that match up under each prize - are you not smarter than a fifth grader? He then takes me over to this board which takes those 5 numbers and breaks them into 3 sets (so they don't even have the full number of distinct prizes shown on the mailer) and a bunch of the numbers are paired together under the VR headset. So I'm thinking from the mailer, well it showed a Meta Quest VR headset so that's still not bad for a few hours of your time. He goes into the office and comes back with this plain white box and the second thing I notice is how light it is. I work at a place that sells the Meta Quests so I'm familiar with the packaging and ladies and gentlemen - this is not it. I open this thing up and it's a cheap cardboard and rubber band VR handset that you slide your phone into - not even worth the cost of production TBH. Now all of that to say, if someone goes thru ALL OF THAT - you'd be a damn fool to do business with them. I saw their add, spoke to a "rep" and let them know EXACTLY where I was at but needed to get a reliable vehicle. They "assured" me they could help us out. After having my wife and kids there one an infant for three hours they told me I couldn't get approved. The very next day I went to a different dealership and left with a new pick up truck. The worst place to buy a car ever. I bought a car from them not realizing the car stereo wasn't working. Before I drove off the lot I saw the screen wasn't working so I told them the issue all they said they would call me back. I didn't hear from them for weeks until finally I called them and same response will call back. Couple more weeks past and called them again and told me to bring the car in and I did just for them to tell me the service wasn't available and they would call me to come back. This was already four months passed and nothing. Then I also realized my last name was mispelled in the registration after I told them in the beginning of the paper work that my last name was wrong and of course they said they would fix it right there and then. After I called them about the situation, once again they gave me the run around for months until finally I called them cursing them out after I've been so patient with them just for them to tell me I had to go to the DMV to change it myself. As far as the radio I went by out of nowhere and spoke to a service manager just for them to tell me they would have to keep my car for three weeks with no rental or borrow car, no promises on fixing my radio and worse thing pay for it out of pocket. That got me even more raged how tf am i going to pay for something that was promised to me to get fixed at no cost. So at the end I never got shit fixed. Not the radio or my paper work. They're bunch of promise makers and nothing be done cause they're all full of shit. So I don't recommend this place for no one. They're so quick to take your credit and your money but not come thru with their promises. Don't even get me started on next door at Nissan. Same people full of shit. So save your money and credit and go somewhere else that will keep their promises and give you the customer service you deserve, cause these people here, are so full of it. read more

PURE EVIL!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Please don't fall for their SCAM of a "contest" their currently having or any other contest they have in the future. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! My boyfriend got a letter in the mail with a scratch off prize contest the company is doing right now. His scratch off symbols SHOWED THAT HE WON THE CASH PRIZE. It showed that he would get a $2,500 prize "instant cash". We were skeptical so we called the number on the flyer to confirm and we were told the contest is real and made an appointment for the same day to "collect our prize". We then called the number for the actual place of business and they confirmed as well and when the appointment time approached, we headed to their dealership. We walked in and immediately felt like we were about to be set up (scammed).... Everyone that worked there was looking at us, all of them. Employees were cursing and using profanities to each other even through they all knew we were obviously customers. We sat down with the woman who was doing the registration for the contest, and she asked my boyfriend if he wanted to buy a car and he said not right now but possibly in the future. Please keep in note that nobody shook either one of our hands and everyone was super unprofessional and sketchy. After the registration paperwork was finished a man came up to us and by his demeanor we assumed he was the sales manager. He sat down in front of us (once again no handshake and nobody even bothered to ask for our names) and immediately he tried to sell us a car and we kept saying no but he kept going. He asked the woman to get the prize board and after we refused to buy a car because we obviously were not there for that, he pointed at the prize board and said and I quote "look, all you won was a $5 gas card." We immediately left after that. For a company to have a contest that has misleading and false advertising about winning a good amount of money during these times of inflation is really messed up. We were excited and they got our hopes up for nothing. We appreciate the "prize" but honestly where is $5 in gas money going to get me? Overall terrible experience and I will never go there ever again. Please be careful with this company!! Note that it was possible that I was going to buy a car there next month but they have completely lost the opportunity and my business. Saw a vehicle in their ad. Called to make sure they had it and that was the price. Got preapproval and all. After paperwork started rolling and deals we gonna be made they hit me with a $9k price over what was in the ad saying that was the price and now because it was being finance that would be the price. (Nowhere in ad said it was cash price). Then they try to sell me another vehicle in the ad which was $49k and they would drop to $43k but the vehicle I was looking at was $37k and they jump that price to $46k but would sell to me for $43k. This place is shady AF. Don't do any business there. I walked in knowing what my Kbb was in my car and same poster on their wall at a fair value was $14500 and they said they would offer $10,200. My payoff was $10,042. They try and say I make good money and don't see why I wouldn't make monthly payments of $850. Who in their right mind want to pay for a vehicle that much.
