They set me up for six weeks for my physical therapy appointments twice a week. When I started going to ProSport first and second times they were pretty good when the time goes by they work with two to three people they would tell you do ten times for three sets and leave you and did on my own and they would go to the next patient and leave you on your own. They don't do one on one just to focus one person at time and sometimes I have to look for the physical therapist because I don't know what I have to do next. On my fourth week I got injured because Kevin made me push the heavyweight four times since then I feel the pain under my foot that I never feel before and then when I came back for my next appointment Kevin was 20 minutes late and I couldn't wait more than 20 minutes because I was running late for my next appointment so I took off and never come back.

I explained my pain to Angelina and Theresa and they developed a wholistic plan that centered on not only removing my pain, but enhancing my performance to make my Whitney climb as painless and easy as possible. Every session has been met with such friendliness and willingness to help me. I have been to several therapy clinics over the years for various things (knee, elbow) and I can confidently say the service I have received here has outpaced the other facilities, and I have nothing negative to say about those PT clinics, this staff just goes above and beyond every single day. Theresa and Angelia are knowledgeable and that is obvious on your first interaction with them. But what sets them apart is the level of friendliness and caring they share day in and day out. They are examples of what healthcare workers should be. They treat the PERSON, not the ailment. In addition to the care I have received on the table, the administrative care I have received is also worth mentioning. Daniela has been so patient and kind with me. I work from home and as a result sometimes I have last minute meetings and scheduling shifts. She has always been accommodating and does her best to meet my scheduling needs. And a friendly face right when you walk in is never a bad thing! As my Mount Whitney hike draws closer, I feel more prepared and confident than I would be without their help. PT has been something I have looked forward to over the last few months. I look forward to it not only because I am healing through movement, but because I am surrounded by a team of people who want to see me thrive. The entire staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional. Teresa, Connor, and Angelina were all great to work with throughout the process. Teresa was especially knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing, while Connor and Angelina were always supportive, encouraging, and attentive during sessions. I always felt like the team genuinely cared about my recovery and progress. What I appreciated most was how personalized everything felt instead of being put through a generic routine. The exercises, hands-on treatment, and overall guidance were clearly tailored to what I needed, and I saw a very fast improvement in my shoulder recovery and mobility because of it. I was first referred to Dr. Labovitch in 2009 when I was 68 y.o., for a torn rotator cuff and a…read morefractured greater tuberosity (bone) from an ice-skating accident. My goal was to regain 100% range of motion so I could resume my normal activities including my exercise regimen comprising dumbbells and chinning bar. I had spoken to a neighbor older than me who had a torn rotator cuff repaired and could not reach up much above her shoulder. That was not for me. I knew that young people and sports people required 100% restoration while old people probably did not care as much. My research of Dr. Labovitch revealed that he was a sports medicine physician. Sports people with an injury don't want to have any limitations after treatment, so that was the best sign that Dr. Labovitch was the orthopedic surgeon for me. When I went to his office, I gained my ultimate confidence when his waiting room was filled mostly with young people. My surgery was successful, and although it took a bit (maybe 9 months) of expected rehab effort on my part, done partly at home, I regained 100% range of motion, and my arm and shoulder felt no different from the way it was before my accident. I had several subsequent visits to Dr. Labovitch for different issues, and each time his diagnosis was perfect and my recovery complete and uneventful. When requiring PT I always went to California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy at 36 Mauchly in Irvine, run by Anthony Bisaccia, who is very competent, has a great team, and is wonderful to work with.

The technician that did the X Ray was a young woman who did not give me a lead protection cover for my body. I asked her if I needed one and she said "No, you used to need one, but these days the machines are more advanced". But I chose to ask for one anyway. I just wanted to post this review because I don't think what I was told was correct. So the office manager should make sure their staff is protecting their patients during every X Ray. This is why I gave only a 2 Star rating. But they are good and Dr Labovitch is knowledgeable and nice.

A friend suggested I go to Orange County Orthopaedics and Sports Medical Group. Dr. Greenbaum diagnosed it as a torn supraspinatus (rotator cuff). He was very patient and took his time explaining in detail what was causing the pain and telling me about my options. When speaking with him about my particular situation, it quickly became evident he is highly experienced and very successful in helping people with these repairs. In retrospect, I wish I had not waited so long to get my shoulder fixed. The constant discomfort and disrupted sleep over the years was not necessary. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my shoulder repair. First they told my insurance covers my treatment and I confirmed several times about it. after couple of weeks later all of sudden, all of treatment I did need to get paid and I needed to pay surprise bill of almost 1k. They claimed insurance company changed report but they can not provide evidence because they changed billing system. I contacted insurance company and insurance company told they never changed report. I am 100% sure it's this place faults. They blame insurance company for this and now I need to take responsibility for their fault. Now they are sending to collectors to screw up my credit reports. This is one of worst experience in my life. Please avoid this place if you don't want to handle similar situation. Also, whatever reason if I call them 10 times they only pick up my call 1 time. So hard to book appointment or communicate. ----------------------- To respond to business owner, Please educate your staff about this. As I mentioned the staff told me that I don't need to pay anything as insurance fully covered.. He confirmed me several visits. Then after 5 weeks or so..
