This practice has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The space is clean and spacious and usually not over crowded. I started PT beginning of June and after 3-4 weeks, I started to experience positive effects with my recovery. Josephine and the rest of the staff are super great. I personally went to a doctor for my issue several years ago and was dismissed. I saw Josephine, and she immediately validated my concern and actually identified the issue. The front desk receptionist, Rachel, is also so kind and definitely creates a welcoming first impression. I'm very happy with the services and would totally recommend this place to anyone!

What I appreciate most about this clinic is the personalized attention from the physical therapist, who dedicates the entire session to one-on-one care, a rarity in the field. After working with a couple of therapists, I found Ross to be exceptional and the ideal fit. His expertise in sports injuries and nuanced understanding of human movement is impressive. Moreover, his encouraging and patient demeanor is essential when dealing with patients in pain (and who might be feeling down because pain has prevented them from doing what they love). Over the past couple of months, I have seen significant improvement in my injuries under his care. I have regained my range of motion, and he has correctly diagnosed and treated what has been the true cause of what's been causing my lower back/hip/ sciatica pain. Ross adapts exercises to accommodate my needs, enabling me to continue enjoying activities I love. Last but not least, I really enjoy the front desk staff, including Brian, Nicky, and Carter. Ross didn't waste any time during the 1 hour period and went right to work in some Deep Tissue massages and kept me informed what and why each step is critical for my successful recovery! I am a healthcare professional working for a health insurance company. My son received physical…read moretherapy at this location, and we paid the $70 copay at each visit. These payments are clearly documented through HSA Bank, and I also have physical receipts as proof. When I questioned the billing, Richard at the physical therapy office acknowledged that he remembered we had paid and stated it would be handled. However, the payments were never submitted to corporate accounting. Nine months later, I received a bill for services that had already been paid in full. When I contacted the business, they refused to discuss the issue and transferred me to accounting. Accounting has no record of the payments, and my calls have since gone unanswered. Given the documentation I have, I will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate medical boards and the Better Business Bureau. They billed me for copays said I never paid in February and March!! My son who had multiple surgeries and in his hospital bed did a video that he witnessed we paid for our copays. They also billed my insurance for service on March 10th which never happened. I checked my car GPS we never there both my sons and mine. The clerk at the facility confirmed we never checked in 3/10. This business is a scam!

I have been going to Accelerate physical therapy in total for about two months now. I went in going…read morewith some hand, forearm, and neck pain. Which I believed to just be through repetitive strain use through computers. I went in after going to couple other hand specialty physical therapists, and they weren't helping with my issues. I'm still going to Accelerate and tend to be here for a while unless they just discharge me. But I wanted to put a quick review that I might update later. My experience from the beginning has been amazing. One of the main physical therapists (Shawn) was the first to reach out to me to help facilitate the process of becoming a new patient. After I sent a bunch of PT requests to many places. I really like the online appointment system. It makes it easy to find times that work for me, as well as being able to reuse the information to set up multiple appointments in the month at the same time. If I need to change any appointment times or cancel anything, there's an easy phone number you can call or text. Sara is usually the one that will update appointments and text you information. Especially if the therapist cannot make your appointment, or you need to reschedule, She will make sure to do so properly. I ended up seeing a Doctor Andrew for about a month or two. He was great for multiple reasons. First of all, he was the one that actually put me on the right track to figuring out what my actual issue is: Thoracic outlet syndrome. Something I had never even heard of before coming here. I know physical therapists can't officially diagnose people like a doctor can, but it helped me get on the track to finding a doctor and neurosurgeon who could help me do tests to get officially diagnosed. For that alone, I was extremely grateful to Doctor Andrew and accelerate physical therapy for just the knowledge. Many of the sessions have basically been deep tissue massage fascial work. Usually around the upper body, neck, and the arms. Usually very targeted to the nerve and muscles or neuromuscular. Doctor Andrew slightly changed the treatment every visit depending on which part of my body hurt more that day. As someone with weak muscles in the upper arms and to be honest the whole body, Doctor Andrew was helpful for getting me started with stretches and exercises to help me slowly deal with my Neck And hand issues.He even prescribed a few nerve glides, something that I'm pretty sure most physical therapists don't even give you at all. If I have any questions about how to do any of the exercises and stretches or nerve glides, doctor Andrew was willing to spend a decent amount of therapy to just help me make sure I'm doing my things at home correctly. Doctor Andrew was also very willing to help me do ergonomic changes for both my computer job at work and my home desk. For personal computer use. I was able to e-mail him a photo and video of how I use my computer and he gave me suggestions to improve posture. He has also given suggestions on how to drive and use the steering wheel with less pain. After about a month and a half, doctor Andrew went on paternity leave, so he recommended me to see one of the other physical therapists, Dr Jordan. I've only seen Doctor Jordan a few times as of this review. He has also been very helpful, but in different ways. He reviewed the exercises and stretches that I've already been given and helped make sure I was doing them the actual correct way of maximizing the relief I get from them. In addition, he's also been giving me more specific posture changing. Which I believe is going to be a good way to help me long term. I haven't even emphasized this part yet, but this place, as they say, is pure one to one physical therapist treatment. They don't do that thing where you just see a physical therapist for like 5 to 15 minutes, then send you off with somebody else like an assistant. At this place you see your physical therapist the whole time, which I think is very helpful since you can get any work you need on you while also being able to ask questions. All three doctors that I've had the experience of talking with have been very nice and It's fun to even have casual conversations with them, despite the pain that I'm going through. The icing on the cake is that they actually accept a lot of insurance. One of the issues I had with a previous Physical therapist I had before is while I liked them, they did not accept insurance which could be huge bite out of my wallet. With Accelerate physical therapy I was able to get good one on one treatment with good knowledgeable therapists and my insurance could actually help me. This is an amazing combination. Overall if you have any issue and you especially had issues a the previous physical therapist and you don't even know what your diagnosis is, definitely give these people a chance.
