Reminds me of Knottsberry Farm Broast Chicken from back in the days when we'd host our Varsity Southern California CIF post season banquet and of all the choices ..BJs...California Pizza Kitchen...etc...they decided Knotts..but the chicken was excellent! And I would pass up Church's Chicken for the fried chicken here at the truck stop. Mash potatoes, Baja chicken soup, baby back ribs, Meatball marinara ... I came in and ordered up one of my favorites to pastrami although they don't toast it anymore they were able to heat up the meat in the microwave which was fine. I had lettuce tomato vinegar and oil spicy mustard I enjoy a good pastrami sometimes the only little drive back where the tomatoes were cut offly thick. They do have a very impressive menu with this one I haven't been to a blimpie for a very long time a lot of different choices now offered also next to it is the chesters too they're both located here on the same in the fuel building

I used to think Arby's roast beef tasted like a certain something, but that was probably because of the types of girls I was, er, dating, when I was a teenager. Namely mothers of many many kids lol. The old McDonald's at Walcott received the overhaul a few years back just around the time of covid I believe. It's still sits right next to the Pilot truck stop has room for a couple of trucks. It's been through different ups and downs through the time good reviews bad reviews good service bad service but over the last year I'd say they've had a really good solid staff I'm surprised I've never reviewed this to this day I've stopped here quite a few times through yrs It does have some nice new soft cushioned boots which are very comfortable to sit in same with the chairs. I came in was created immediately and do what I wanted the only drawback they didn't have Diet Coke on that day or in the back they were waiting on the truck to come with some more. So I had a Big Mac meal no pickle or onion french fries medium size no salt and I also went with a nugget small order four piece sweet and sour. And I opted to have unsweetened iced tea. Quality the food was very good everything was hot and fresh. Bathrooms are very clean. So definitely above average of other ones holding it at four stars it was an outstanding but it was very good.

The workers were not too happy about correcting it but did it quickly. Long line was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I think I was the only one with a wrong order. Simple mistake but was corrected. Customer service could have been nicer but oh well. This Wendy's was the only option for dairy free and egg free for me.
