I don't even think this company is still in business can't get ahold of anyone to do cleaning. The inital install was so delayed.

Initial contact with this company was from a door to door salesman at approx 1800 hours at night. He was completely incompetent and had not concrete prices or answers. He did mention there would be no cost to me for the panels. Curious about the actual price of the panels, I scheduled a meeting with one of their installers. The next day, their installer arrived. I told him how their salesmen told me I could get solar at no cost. It turns out the installer refused to give a price as well. Based on my own personal knowledge, I know the pice of the panels. It would take about 60 years for the price of the solar panels to equal the price of my electricity bill. The installer told me I was illogical and huffed off. What a bunch of bums. read more

I've had my SolarEdge panels installed and working since last October. Now that we are in the peak production months, I see that the panels are not producing the kWh I paid for. I have tried to make contact with Solar Edge, and the salesman that sold the system to us. Major headache connecting with Solar Edge, no return messages, app for support is a mess. I have called, texted, emailed, left voice messages for the salesman. Crickets. I don't know the installation companies name and, since Solar Edge does nothing but take your money, everything is dumped in the installers lap. I had to find a new installer AND pay $100 to the new installation company to transfer my files to him. I bought this system from a door to door salesman. I know better. These guys are like vapor. Once they smooze you into the sale, get the system installed (eventually, painful and slow) they are GONE!! I would highly recommend steering clear of this outfit. In September 2022, my husband and I signed an agreement contract for financing for solar panels from Ionix Smart Solutions. We were then contacted and we were told that they would be coming out in January of 2023. The day that the installers were supposed to arrive, ended up not showing up. I wasn't until around 5 pm that we had received a call that the installers weren't going to be able to make it. It wasn't until the end of January they finally came and installed the solar panels. Once the panels were done, I was advised by the foreman of the installation team that the city inspector would be coming to our home and that they would have a representative from Ionix to meet with the inspector. Needless to say, it is now mid March and still have not had an inspection on the solar and can not use it. I've tried several times to get in touch with this company and all I ever get is voicemail. No one has returned my call. I am dealing with a company that has a lot of communcation issues and has shown me that they are also unproffesional. In April, we are suppose to start making payments on a solar system that we can not use. If I had only read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau site, I would NOT have had this company install on my home! I continually have to call to follow up on things and now, it's rumor that this company is filing bankrupcty. Don't get roped in by this company!! read more

Reliable company, definitely would recommend them to anyone looking into solar energy. They give great value and customer support.

These people installed our solar panels last year and did nothing but lie to us. I have not once had a reduced electric bill and have tried contacting them multiple times with absolutely no response. We never received our tax form for solar credit or anything they promised. Don't let them fool you like they did me. They don't even deserve one star. My experience has proved them to be a shady operation. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Sales Rep Wes told when we signed up he would reach out to us at least once a week. He has NEVER called, I always have to call. No one gives you a date or time of when they will be there to install. I was told by Wes that it would be one month and at the most two months. We signed up in March and we still do not have a complete working system. The office is supposed to be open 9 to 5 however they are rarely there. Last week they put the solar panels on and said the electrician would finish the job on Friday. Then Mike their foreman said he would be there this Wednesday instead. Having heard nothing from anyone for a week I texted Mike and he said they had fired the electrician and they would try to get their Grand Junction electrician up here, no eta though. The use a separate company for the animal cages on the solar panels but was told by Mike he is unreliable and had no idea when that will get done. Had I not contacted Mike about the electrician we would have waited all day for a no show. This company is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with. We are very disappointed with what was received from Ionix Solar company in St George UT. We were told by the salesperson that the solar system would produce 114% of what we were using in power from the grid and that we would have an overage that would compensate for the high usage in the summer months. We are still paying a power bill each month despite what we were told after having solar for about 8 months. To top it all off, we were contacted in April 2022 by a third party who claimed to be working with Ionix Solar and doing customer satisfaction follow up. This individual advised us that we needed to purchase an additional 9 panels to bring us up to a 105% production rating at a cost of $10,400. We would also need to purchase a new inverter at a cost of $2,500. The inverter currently installed would no longer be usable nor could it be reused. We would never have purchased the solar with 9 additional panels as this would have brought to total cost where there would not have been a satisfactory return on investment. We are sorry that we allowed this to happen to us. This takes our total faith away from solar companies now and in the future. We reached out and have heard nothing from the owner or the salesman that sold us the solar system. Just received our most recent power statement, our power usage has doubled from last month due to the increasing heat. We were told that the system would over produce and that we would be putting excess into the net metering. Don't believe them when they make promises. You will be sorry if you do!!! We are VERY disappointed with our solar and the company that sold it to us. read more
