[ really is this what I paid for???] -- this wasn't even sent as a doc just an email. I don't hear from them June 18th and then I get an email Nov 5th that I have a late bill -- so someone forgot to email me I had a bill and I have a late charge? No itemized receipt either? What am I being charged for??? The work was fine, it was a very straight forward ask. Customer service was not great. Would not recommend if it was something important.
