He is fast to respond and explains things clearly and makes things easy to understand. We have used John 3 times now, once for a contract we cancelled due to inspection issues. He did a great job getting us through that. Recently we bought a new home and sold our old one and wouldn't want to use anyone else. Aside from John, even a few months post sale we get emails from Wasserman with helpful reminders regarding privacy, security and other valuable insights for a new owner. It's a little thing, but it's clear they value their clients even after the "work" is done. There's more... They also are active with local charities, which for me is a big plus. I was happy to match their donation to WITS. No reason not to go with Wasserman. Great value for the money. We loved working with them. Ask for John, you won't be disappointed.

Then a few weeks ago I was cleaning out some old files and found what looked like a check for about $3000 from my closing. It said it was only valid for 120 days. I was freaking out and didn't have any idea what to do so I emailed Shane. He immediately said he'd look into it and did. He found proof that the check had been reported as lost and a replacement issued and cashed. I was so relieved. He never mentioned any kind of payment, her just immediately solved the problem. A true pro.

If you knew how many times that exchange happened during my home buying process, you'd feel confident in your choice too. The other reviewer said it best - my experience with Shane was flawless from start to finish. Shane took what was a nerve-wracking experience for me, as a first time home buyer, and made it seem so easy. He walked me through every step of the process, he didn't bat an eye when the batshit crazy seller lost his damn mind during attorney review, and when I finally got to meet him at the closing table I was super excited because he just seemed like an awesome guy (and he lived up to my expectations). He's so awesome that we breezed through closing in barely 45 minutes, and somehow still made me understand all the legal jargon in my nerve-wracked-sleep-deprived state. It's too bad I'm never moving again (haha!), otherwise I'd use Shane again in a heartbeat.

I reached out via Yelp and we communicated mostly through email. I was given web forms to pay via credit card for the deposit and final transaction. We did most of the will creation over email, I was sent a form to complete then scan, and email back. For the final will creation, I had to visit the office in person and sign, along with Erwin's team. In all, it was a pretty realistic transaction for the creation of a will. Granted my will is not complex, so I cannot speak for someone with a lot of requirements, but Erwin Law did a great job for a basic will.
