Had an appointment on 08/26/2025 at 7:30AM. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment due to entering the wrong address into my map. I arrived at your location at 7:55 a.m. and immediately asked if my name could be placed on the standby list in case there were any cancellations so that I could still be seen that day. The staff member at the front desk agreed. However, even when a cancellation occurred at 8:45 a.m. (which I personally overheard the staff member calling to confirm), I was not offered the opportunity to see the doctor. This was especially concerning because we had an urgent situation. Despite waiting, the front desk staff showed no willingness to accommodate us. I was also extremely disappointed by the front desk staff's attitude. They were rude, unprofessional, and lacked empathy or basic courtesy. Their behavior made it seem as though patients were an inconvenience rather than individuals seeking necessary care. I strongly urge you to provide better training for your front office staff in customer service, communication, and patient care. With such poor treatment, you risk damaging your reputation and losing patients. read more

"I would give them less than 1 star if I could. Two months ago, I had to undergo an ultrasound and biopsy, which was extremely difficult to schedule. The staff was rude, and I couldn't access my results until I visited my doctor. When I finally saw the surgeon, he informed me that there was something wrong with the results and suggested I get an MRI. It turned out they had taken the biopsy from the wrong place. This radiology facility is far the best to schedule an appointment then Simon Med or Silver Creek Radiology! Bella, who is the receptionist who makes the appointment by far the best customer service I had in a longtime! She got me in sooner than other places and also does call me when there is a cancellation and is empathic towards how important to get me in due to my situation. The xray and the ultrasound tech was very caring and thorough with their service. Highly recommend this place if your insurance allows it. read more

My doctor sent over the order on 5/24 and I called to schedule an appointment, Inview said they couldn't schedule appointment until they get approval from my insurance. Inview said they sent over the request to my insurance company on 5/28, I called on 6/4 they still haven't received approval yet, out of my frustration I said I would look for another imaging company. Morning on 6/5 I called my insurance said they said they never received the request and my insurance called Inview they admitted they dropped the ball. They never sent it. While talking to my insurance the did explain there are times approval is needed when Medicare is involved. I view called apologized and scheduled an appointment right away. I went to the appointment and the technician was nice and explained everything. Inview has little concern about servicing sick people.Sometimes when dealing with sick people time is the essence. read more

This review is for their Antioch, CA location. Do not go here. I drove 1.5 hours on horrible traffic with a bad hip for my appointment only to find out their technician called in sick that day. No one informed me of this. The receptionist didn't seem to care at all. Just said " yep, someone should have contacted you". Never offered even an apology . Been here a number of times. Each and every experience has been professional. The small waiting room can get crowded. PRO TIP; It's in the back of the building... Staff has always been helpful, polite and professional. Have had Xrays and Mammograms done here. They will "burn a cd/dvd" for your Doctor to review... I was late only 3 minutes andwas sent back without MRI.I have waited many times even after reaching before time. As it is, getting the MRI appointments are difficult due to pandemic and receptionist at inview imaging who was very rude sent me back saying i was 3 mins late. I tried to explain but NO is the answer. This implicates my surgery that i want to get it done this year. I am going to talk to kaiser and give the strong feedback to them and make the appointment with them. Kaiser have to make some good choices before hiring such third party companies. read more

Came here today to get an MRI done and everything went very well. This was my first time getting an MRI so I didn't quite know what to expect. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful to any questions that I had. The tall gentlemen who did my MRI was super duper nice to the bone. He was super awesome and very informative about the whole thing. Thank you for making me feel comfortable. Horribly rude and incompetent staff. Seem to place blame on all other medical personnel before themselves. Have had two bad experiences with them, the first being downright terrible. Both times they claim "the order hasn't come through completely" and "the order is wrong" They are not medically knowledgeable so that makes for a less than perfect experience, she couldn't confirm that the order included my radius, one of two bones in the forearm, but most of all they are just rude and degrading staff that arent capable of providing decent service and communication. They've hung up on me, and then the supposed manager argued about whether or not they hung up when I called back. Most unprofessional team I've spoken to in a very long time. Literally both times have had to request another referral to a different imaging team. This place is crap! I highly recommend going anywhere else! Absolutely love this location!! It's obviously not a place you want to go or be, but the staff is so amazing!! They are so kind, caring, supportive and compassionate that it really helps ease your fears. They are experienced, well educated, and very informed on up to date pprocedures, technology and treatments!!! So this review is for the front desk: They're rude and slow. I came here for the first time, no one say hi or greeted me. There were no seats because there were all filled with already waiting patients, whom are looking grumpy from the wait. They obviously dont follow appointment times or over book people in the same time slot. Sadly, once they got to me they told me that I should had drank 16 oz of water before coming in. They didn't tell me. How was I suppose to know? So they had to reschedule me for a week later after waiting for 1 hour and half. One star. Review for the doctor: She was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She asked a lot of questions to show concern for my condition. I really appreciated it. She was quick and efficient with the time we had. Five stars. Overall, the experience was a pleasant one because of the amazing doctor. However, the front desk needs to improve. When you call in, waiting, or asking questions, expect them to be rude. Three stars overall. :) read more

Attended this center for a Dexa body composition test recently and am left with mixed feelings. There is no e-mail contact address on the site. You have to fill out a contact form and they e-mail you back. They were prompt, but I'd prefer to have an actual address that I know I've sent my e-mail to. Don't trust contact forms usually. I then had to ring them for the appointment. Rang well in advance and was given a time that suited me. I was traveling by BART and there were no directions on the website dealing with this eventuality. A phone call didn't really help so I printed out my Google map. And got entirely lost the morning I was due to have my scan. The office is quite badly signposted within the building also. I wasn't the only one...as I was leaving I found more lost-looking souls trying to find their way there! Because of the difficulty in locating the office I was a few minutes late, but the receptionist (Julie) was very pleasant and there was no problem having my scan. The technologist was also pleasant and it was all very efficient. I asked for the report to be sent out as quickly as they could manage as I was returning to Washington DC but would only be there for 10 days before traveling home to Ireland. Julie promised to look after it and did, with the report arriving by the end of the week. Unfortunately, the report itself was very poor. Most of the data that I could see on the screen was missing. There was a line and a half of a radiology report, partly to do with BMI which wasn't the point of the scan anyway. That was page one. The second page devoted half a page to telling me my BMI again (incidentally inaccurately-I wasn't weighed and told them what I was the last time I was weighed...fortunately turns out I overestimated). There was a line giving my total body fat and total lean mass and two pretty poor line graphs. The third page was "useful information", most of which didn't actually correlate with the report I had received. It took 2 e-mails to get a proper reply from the center. Eventually they said they had changed their software and that was why I didn't get my full report and it would be sent out. I'm hoping they have now posted it to Ireland... It will mean approximately one month from scan to full report by the time I get it and hassle trying to even achieve that. I wouldn't mind but there is no reading in these scans. The computer basically does the work and you print out the pages...hardly difficult! So, good service while I was there. Poor follow-up.... read more

I had an MRI/MRA done. Kirk made the procedure (which is neither fun nor pleasant) as enjoyable as possible. Beforehand, he did a wonderful job of putting me at ease, explaining the exams, and creating rapport. While I was stuck in the MRI with my fingers going cold and numb (this is normal for my condition), he kept me informed of how much longer each image would take and how close to the end I was. He was amazingly nice- someone you would want to be friends with in real life! And today I called to get a copy of my report. Maria faxed it over to me while I was on the phone (so my husband, who was standing at his work fax waiting for it, did not have to wait long). Great customer service! Thank you! read more

On August 2, 2010 my husband's went to the InView Imaging center to have a routine myelogram done. The myelogram consists of injecting your spine with a contrast solution which will cause your nerves to glow so they can detect the cause for the nerve pain. So he went and had the procedure done and came home to rest after the procedure. The following is from his point of view: By 6pm that night I started feeling lower back pain. I went to bed and little by little the pain went between my shoulders and my head. When I tried to move my hands or my head the pain traveled very fast to my lower neck. Over the next 3 hours as soon as I began to move my fingers a little, the pain was so severe and shot directly to the back of my neck. Any little movement caused a direct severe pain to my head and neck. My wife rushed then rushed my to Washington Hospital in Fremont. By the time we got there I blacked out. They rush me into the ER and I began to loose my ability to talk. I tried to talk but all I could do was moan and cry about my pain. My wife explained to the hospital that I had a myelogram done that morning so then the hospital quickly did a lumbar puncture and extraced some of my spinal fluid. Normal, healthy spinal fluid is the color of water; clear and clean. My fluid was the color of a dark thunder cloud, dark grey. They determined that I had been infected with bacterial meningitis. They were able to rule out viral meningitis and confirmed it was bacterial. I contracted it from an infected needle during the process of my myelogram. I was in a coma for 5 days. The hospital was sure I was going to die. Because my wife got my to the hospital once she first realized I was sick, they were able to pump antibiotics into my body to help fight the meningitis. They had to insert an IV that went directly into my heart. At that point the only thing they could do was keep treating me with antibiotics and wait. I was in the hospital for 25 days. It took me 2 years of physical therapy and hundreds of doctors appointments to get back on my feet. I never had headaches, ever and now I have post meningitis headaches and migraines everday of my life. This was suppose to be a routine procedure. InView Imaging does not use sterile techniques. They infected me with one of the most deadliest diseases in the world. From the second this bacteria is infected in you, it takes less than 6 hours to kill. Anybody that has to have a procedure done where you are injected with anything, be careful. Always have someone go with you to watch and make sure the facility uses sterile techniques. If you don't feel comfortable with what you see, say so because if you don't, it can end up costing you your life read more

Don't understand the poor reviews. I called them several times about a MRI and always got through to someone who was knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike NorCal in Fremont. I wanted to get the MRI before my deductible rolled over and asked the Dr to fax the imaging order to Inview. They got insurance OK that day. Fast work, good customer service. Went in for the MRI, the receptionist was a little frosty, but OK. Tech came out and got me on time, was super nice. Explained everything and got the job done. The CD was ready for my Dr. while I was getting my stuff out of the locker. Absolutely would recommend Inivew. Also they charge 1/3 what PAMF (and reportedly Washington Hospital) does. read more

had MRI scheduled at a different locations but ends up due to the Machine issues, it wasn't able to completing the test and we had to have it done in a different location far from home, but with the authorization expiration date pushing, we were very glad this facility answer my calls- Connie, Laurie, MRI tech- Kurt, thanks to all their helps, our test was able to completed the next day without problems, this facility are nice and clean, easy to located, easy to parked, yes, we 100% recommended this facility. read more

In the last 7 years I've gone for a handful of x-rays and MRIs and the technicians have been professional and pretty cool. I think there was only one time my appointment had to be cancelled on their end but other than that it's been easy to get an appointment. read more

I have been coming here since 2007 for my ultrasound that were 1st done by Dr. Satterfield....and actually all the techs I've had were also great after he left. But the front office...this group now are a bunch or IDIOTS! 3 times I had to call them because they never sent either of my doctors my most recent ultrasound results. So my doctors couldn't even follow up with the results until about 4 weeks later when they finally got the correct scans. And YES..that one chunky permed ponytail wearing receptionist that sits at the front window.... She was so rude I wanted to punch her in the face. I have polycystic kidney disease and I can't drink that much water and hold it! So I drank my water while sitting there waiting to be called....I heard her telling her other coworker that she couldn't believe that I didn't drink my water yet. (I can hear u and you fat mouth b**tch). It was so bad that the tech that did my ultrasound had to make me go to the bathroom to relieve myself 5 times during our session because I was so bloated and uncomfortable. The tech confirmed that I only needed to be 20% full because of my disease, and to just ignore the girls at front desk because that's what they're supposed to tell people to prep them for the ultrasound. Well that one receptionist should have kept her mouth shut because now I'm not ever going there again for my ultrasound! Even though all the technicians are are good I don't want to have to deal with the IDIOTS when I come in..or I getting my results all jacked up!. I plan to talk to my doctors to see if I can have all my medical records sent from this place to NorCal. To the stupid receptionist. ..Karma will hurt...u deserve to get yours! It took only these last couple of incidents to ruin years of loyalty to this place! Highly suggesting that someone reprimand or "duck tape" that receptionist mouth..she needs a lesson in customer service....and please retrain the rest! read more

The receptionist and staff are friendly but some of them are super inexperienced. Stuck me several times before they had to call an adult in to put the IV. Didn't use gloves or have a decent understanding of the process either. They asked me to describe what they're supposed to be looking for and how to write the report to my doctor. As a matter of fact they explained that they were running behind by about 15 minutes and apologized. The techs who did the MRI were kind and accomodated me well. They made sure to talk to me throughout the 1.5 hr MRI because I'm claustrophobic & they knew I was nervous. And as soon as I said - "Hi, I am calling to"... I was put on hold, abruptly. No "may I place you on hold", "I have to put you on hold" nothing. WTH? Did something come up or she didn't like my Indian accent? I waited for some time listening to the hold music. She did not come back to this line. While on hold on my cell phone, I called the number from the land line. Same woman - "Hi, this is julie, how may I help you?" I was silent. After 5-10 secs, she hung up on the land line. I hung up my cell phone. Had to go contact the doctors office for the copy of the report. read more

My wife and I have come here for years, for MRIs. The staff is professional and friendly. The waiting room is average when compared to other medical facilities I've been to. I had an MRI a few weeks ago. The procedure went fine, and the technician was courteous. The wait was about 45+ minutes, a bit long. This is the only reason for rating at four stars. I had a need for a previous MRI result they had on file, and they offered to mail it to me, without any hassle. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs these services. read more

By far the worst experience I ever had upon visiting any medical office. First off, the office was very hard to find. When we decided to call for directions, a rude receptionist simply just stated "keep going down" Um, no street names? Thanks for nothing. Second, right when my bf and I entered the office you can already feel the negative vibe and evil glares. She greeted us with a fake/annoyed "what do you need?" Really? How unprofessional. I was irritated the whole time I was sitting in the waiting room as my bf was doing his MRI. Third, every person walking in there was belittled and treated like shit. This poor lady walked out from the office and immediately the two receptionist started shit talking. You can tell this woman was annoyed being there, I wouldn't be surprised if it was from the negative and unwelcoming vibe in the air. This other man with a broken shoulder was trying to converse with them as he was signing in and they replied to him in a very fake manner. My bf even said the doctor was very impatient and did not give a crap about his patients. Avoid coming here at all cost. read more

I had my ultrasound today. The Ultrasound operator is very professional and very nice. YET I'm still giving a single star because of the front desk lady wearing a blue scrubs with ponytail. While I am sitting in the waiting room, I'm also observing her every time a patient checks in. As I have read on the previous Yelp review I agree that Yes she doesn't fit in her position as a person registering patients. She's not approachable. She doesn't wear a smile and her personality doesn't fit her position. She has a rude personality. After my appointment I stepped out of the building not in the mood and I am sure everyone are feeling the same. I hope the next time if ever I come back it's not her on the front desk. read more

I'd give zero stars if possible. First, I signed in but was ignored and passed over for the next client. Next, I was passively insulted because I didn't realize the three pages my doctor sent me over with were different and were actually three different orders. The dialogue between the X-ray technician and the receptionist verbatim went as such: "Karen failed to tell us that she actually had three orders, so..." "and that takes a long time" "But we have Mr. So-and-so, so he can go next." "Is this her first day out of the house?!" and laughter ensued. Seriously, eye contact between them and me was made and they immediately shut up. I'm still sitting here in the reception area, waiting for my turn while these asinine "ladies" waste our oxygen gossiping and otherwise are rendered useless. So glad Yelp exists. Had an ultra sound performed. Appointment was scheduled rather quickly, only a 5 minute office wait before procedure, staff exceptionally efficient. Raj the US Tech was courteous, informative, and skilled (per our Gastroentrologist). We are quite distant from this facility but should we need further tests, this would be our first choice. We are uninsured and while the cash discount was small it helped. read more
