And they also charged us $100 for replacing gas drip pan which only cost $25 at any store. So, if you find any fused bulb or wear and tear of gas drip pan, buy it yourself to safe all those extra cost. They sent out three different repair companies and did the VERY minimum to try and fix it instead of replacing the whole unit. We had to put maintenance requests in to get our lawn mowed over and over and over again, they said our rent included lawn care but we ended up getting our own gardener for 100 bucks a month to come take care of it. The last and most important thing- they tried to nickel and dime us for our deposit when we moved out saying that we installed things and left holes in the wall that were already there when we moved in. I spent 6 ours cleaning the unit and they tried to charge us a cleaning fee as well as a carpet cleaning fee but the carpets had not been cleaned for us upon move in so why would I be expected to clean them upon moving out? Would not recommend getting caught up with them because it'll be a headache for you!
