I have had eyelash extensions before and the experience was at times uncomfortable. Cindy has a very steady hand so it never feels as if she is tugging on my eyelids or eyelashes. She listens very intently to the look I'm going for and is always happy to adjust the size of the lashes to what I'm wanting. Cindy has a very comfortable table for me to lay on, offers a blanket if I'm chilly, and wraps my hands in shea butter and puts them in warmers. This is an incredibly relaxing experience, much like a massage, and at times I fall asleep which is shocking considering someone is working on my eyelashes which are very sensitive. She is happy to chat if I want to chat and also happy to just focus on my eyelashes while I relax if desired. A perfect balance for me :)

Cindy made sure to match the length/type of lashes to what I had. She could have gone with longer lashes, but understood that the length would have to be limited due to my glasses. They felt a bit weird at first, but not any more odd than fake lashes. In fact, they were way more comfortable than falsies. My lashes looked fantastic! I didn't need to use mascara for a month and they held up really well - in fact, I went sailboating just a few hours after my session and not a single lash was out of place after being in thrashing winds for half a day. I'm absolutely obsessed with pretty lashes so I'd always wear fake ones (because mine were short, sparse, blonde and stick straight - the combo from hell.) On my first visit I told her about the serum I had just started using, she advised me that I could bump up my usage of it, and oh my gosh! Within a few weeks they were drastically thicker and longer. The results have amazed me. Paired with my lift/tint, they absolutely look better than ever and I don't even wear my falsies anymore! Which is a big deal for me haha. (I've considered lash extensions but the maintenance really doesn't fit with my lifestyle so this is undoubtedly the next best thing!) I don't have to curl them at all anymore and they are dark and perfect. They look great right when I wake up in the morning and after I remove my makeup at night. They've upgraded beds, but the consequence of that is they don't tell you about the new beds and new bulbs. I emailed multiple times and they didn't respond until I went to corporate. All they did was blame me for going full time when I have been for months completely fine, but this time since they didn't tell me about the new beds I burnt, bad enough I had to cancel an appointment the following day and lose money. I emailed them in hopes of helping them better educate clients coming in so this doesnt happen to anyone else, I wasn't asking for discounts or anything like that. They didn't take any responsibility, Instead they blame the customer and continue to do so after many interactions.
