I am so happy to say that the quality of their products and sophistication of their employees was exceptional, including the service technician and delivery service. A month ago we placed an order of their Model #RF22K9381SR, it had to be shipped from Overseas, on a crate and to us here in Texas. Today the delivery service brought our fridge right on schedule, actually before they had originally said but called to confirm we were home. The service delivery guys carefully brought the fridge off the truck, carefully unwrapped the boxes and they did the installation in a speedy time. There was only one problem, the door has a ding near the door handle, the service technician immediately made nite of it and asked us if we wanted to replace the door or the whole unit? Since they don't get these specific type of fridge in store often, we did not want to wait a few months so we agreed to have them replace the door. Within 30 minutes of the delivery guys departure, Samsung North America in Iowa calls and apologized for the mishap, offers us $150.00 in credit and assured that we will be taken care of. We have been with a tiny fridge for a month and the only thing we want is to get that handled. We feel confident that they will get right on that and have our door replaced. Samsung handled this perfectly.

You are given an email with pre care instructions (such as lip exfoliating beforehand and avoiding potential blood thinning agents like Advil ) and you also have to sign an agreement before the appointment. My first session was a neutralization due to the darkness and a hyperpigmentation / acne scar on my upper lip. You bring your desired lip colors so she knows your ideal look - you can choose the more natural or make up look (more pigmented). I had a student observing during the session which I didn't mind. I found her studio to be clean and professional. Overall tattoo/ PMU experience was tolerable for me (there is numbing cream and she asks if the pressure is okay while she's working). My 2nd session - I was able to deposit in the color I had wanted. She can see how I healed as well and where the lips did/didn't take in as color. This was a much shorter session in under 2 hours. After each session I was given after care instructions such as using the A&D ointment, aquaphor, avoid peeing the scabs etc. She also gave me a timeline guide of how the lips will change over the weeks until it's fully healed.
