There's surprisingly not much Farmer's Markets open on Sundays but this one and I enjoy going to…read moreit. It's definitely not the biggest but I think they have just about everything you would look for in a Farmer's Market. Lots of pre-cooked food options available so make sure to come hungry to try them all. The ones that are honorable mentions: the coffee booth that serves unique flavored lattes, the empanadas station (it is so moist and different than I've ever had anywhere else! - would highly recommend!), and the tamale station (most popular station I would say and I know why. The tamales are very flavorful and moist. The hot sauce also compliments it very well. Would highly recommend!) There were other cool spots that I would want to try next time: Cold Noodles, Filipino food, and a Mexican Zamba juice beverage booth and others! I like this farmers market mainly for the chicken eggs (kind reminder to NOT buy white eggs from the lady here. Her white egg yolk is not rich in color or flavor. It's what I would buy non-organic everywhere else. Look at my pic for reference), fresh produce, and berries/fruits! They sell lots of other things like hummus, hot sauce, fun activities, and more! Parking is great and the vendors are all very nice and friendly. Remember to bring bags because you'll probably be buying a lot! I'll be coming back!

First time here after moving to the area. Wasn't totally sure what to expect. It certainly isn't…read morethe biggest farmer's market but it has a lot of good stuff. I was worried at first as I saw mostly vegetables, which wasn't what I was there for. But when you move to the other side there are a lot of local businesses selling their goods and I ended up buying a few things I never would have anticipated (dips, sauces, etc.). Parking is super convenient (and free, which is interesting with the fair going on parking in the same lot and paying for it). The vibe seems super local. At multiple points people told me the stall I was at was great, had great stuff, etc. And also at multiple points other patrons interacted with the vendors like friends. You can tell that these people go here weekly and support these small businesses/vice-versa, which is really nice to see.

On Thursday mornings between 9AM and 1PM at the OC Fairgrounds there is a farmers market..... if I…read moreremember correctly it is in parking lot D and I entered through Gate 3 from Fairview - just keep an eye out for the vendor tents along the west side of the amphitheater. The tents were arranged in a rectangle with the Douceurs de Paris coffee truck in the middle sort of like wagons around a campfire. There were a number of produce stands, prepared food stands, and condiment stands. There wasn't much in terms of food vendors selling something you could eat right there nor were there any real accommodations for anyone wanting to sit down and eat other than the few chairs and tables at the coffee truck. At the time I entered the market area there was a long line at the La Bahn Ranch stand - people waiting their turn to buy eggs. I ended up buying some persimmons from the Kandarian Brothers (surname - and not related to evil dead) stand after they gave me samples of their delicious ripe persimmon pieces. I didn't stick around too long though as it was a rather hot day and the setup was not conducive to just chilling and hanging out - it's just a parking lot after all.

So for those who love eating a lot of greens and variety, I definitely recommend it. It's also a good store when you just need to pick up small items like milk, eggs, or vegetables. Their fruits and vegetables are cheaper than Trader Joe's. They also often carry halal organ meats like liver and chicken hearts. Some items can be a bit overpriced, but the fruits and vegetables are definitely worth buying - they taste like they're straight from the garden. The downside is that you should be careful while choosing berries - sometimes there can be mold (though this can happen in any store). And that there's a credit card processing fee. However, despite a few drawbacks, I'm giving it 5 stars because their business is really valuable, and I wish them continued success and prosperity. I definitely recommend stopping by - there are always many interesting and tasty things to find at affordable prices. The cashiers are also very kind and friendly, thanks for the service!

When I went, there was only 1 vendor who offered something thats sizeable enough to be a meal. Almost half of the other vendors sold baked goods or snacks, so make sure to eat a good meal before you come here. I wish they had more food to offer Aside from that, I was happy with their choices of vendors and hope they keep letting them attend. Saw one full of crystals, which I pictured, and I saw one that sold alpaca-wool goods and traditional souvenirs. There was a sweet old lady with her handmade soap which I made sure to support, because it didnt seem like anyone came by and I really wanted to help her out. Make sure to support your local creators and farmers yguys, even the produce here are great deals

That being said it had ample parking and it is nice they block off the street for it. Aside from that if you are in the area or perhaps going to the Costco across the street it is worth a stop especially if you pair it with the multitude of eateries that line the street
