He did a visual inspection and test drive it and it seemed fine. It was getting dark and close to closing time so he didn't inspect underneath. Later that same night it came to his attention that the frame was rusted and rotted away in multiple locations. The frame rail was cracked in half. The shocks were just hanging because the mounts were completely gone. the wheel wells were rotted away. Went back to the dealership the next day and Alex the owner acknowledged the damage and claimed to have a "guy" who could fix the frame and he even offered to pay for repairs. He handed my boyfriend his business card with the contact information of the repair guy. Later that day he tried calling this repair guy and left messages and never got a response. Sent Alex a text the next day and he ignored his message also. Currently we are starting the legal process to try and get our $5000 back. It's a shame this place is still in business. They have been ripping people off for years. Just don't. No matter how desperate you are. Don't. You've been warned. Oh and let's not forget the 15 or so times they have been sued in court since 2019!

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER :( I just paid $4000 for a 2005 Monte…read moreCarlo off there lot 12 days ago and as is while they assured me it was a great car with no issues its had a transmission problem that was intermittent @ the time of purchase and was not noticeable during the test drive the car drove wonderfully got home within 24 hours I was calling them telling them I was having issues with the transmission I called Waterloo transmissions and they suggested check fluids and filter took it back to KO motors they said they changed it all and I left 2 days later it started up again I took it too Waterloo transmission and got it properly diagnosed for $65 I rode with the tech while he ran computer in car and explained it all I have a code p1811 long shift code and he said only fix if I didn't just want to band-aid it for now I needed to get the transmission rebuilt which I just found out will cost between $1300 used $2400 new parts and labor to rebuild it I had called KO motors immediately upon leaving Waterloo with my diagnoses in hand and told them of my findings they say they need to get a 2nd opinion and they was gonna call me back its now Tuesday almost 5 days later and still no call .....oh and yeah they claim they never had the issue prior to me buying it just miraculously happened in 24 hours of purchase lol ... THANKS KO MOTORS ME AND MY FAMILY APPRECIATE GETTING RIPPED OFF BY YOU! ALL FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.......YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! KO motors will sell ya a lemon!

It has been in for the 600 mile service and was supposed to have the oil leak fixed, but yet it is still leaking, now with die in it, all over my garage floor. Denny and Candy have successfully made this the absolute worst motorcycle buying experience for me and at this point, I no longer even want the bike. Denny brags about how good he is but yet he then tells me how much work it would have been to properly seek out the oil leak and how he didn't want to do that, and blamed the leak on grease heating up and dripping. These people are rude, arrogant, and suck at what they do. I'll be in contact with ktm corporate to see how this gets resolved.
