Hit moderate rain east of Cleveland and afterward had check engine light come on. Rolled into Stinger HD 30 minutes before closing. Met up with service tech Chuck who quickly diagnosed as possible water intrusion on one of the coils. Cleared message with no recurrence in about 15 minutes and good to go the rest of the 300 miles home. read more

Place is an absolute joke. Took my fatboy there for a full service and 2 new tires. After being told twice. Two separate times that the entire inspection was complete and there would be no more charges over the phone and in text messages. They came back twice, kept moving the goalposts. Then had to wait another 4 days because they didn't want to test drive in the cold. A 12 day joke of an ordeal. Never. Never again. read more

Stopped in here on our drive from Columbus to Cleveland, OH. We arrived around 6:40 pm and they close at 7:00 pm. But they stayed open for us and a number of other folks who doing some of their Christmas shopping. It was almost 7:30 pm by the time we left. Century has large H-D motorcycle selection. I got to ogle some of the new 2015 models - especially the Heritage Softball Classic and the Trike. Gorgeous bikes! Bought a number of accessories and clothing items here - they were having a good sales on their t-shirts (which I think are always already terribly overpriced). 20% off most dealership-branded t's and 40% off their Christmas t's. Also picked up a couple of the H-D flags and some dealership poker chips. Staff was very friendly and helpful! read more

First class motorcycle shopping experience all the way! I would highly recommend Century Harley-Davidson to any motocyle enthusiast. Great selection. Friendly and informative staff. I dealt with salesman Ray and the floor manager Jesse. Both rolled out the red carpet and showed me exactly what a high end big shiny Harley Dealership can do. I love this place! Went on some test rides. Really felt like they took time with me and explained everything I wanted to know and more. Very excited to participate in some of their many events and rides. Really got the sense of community that continues on long after the bike purchase is made. They also have a first class service and customization department with decent pricing ... and a VERY vast apparel and gear selection. I'll be back a lot for years to come. Actually riding by there this Sunday to pop by their Demo Days event.. great destination when you're out on your bike or when you are ready to shop for bikes or gear. Love Century Harley!!! I almost bought a bike w them bought they ducked me around to no end so I bought from 150th I was comparing prices and Century said they'd beat any price 150th gave me , I drove up to Century and the sales rep said I'll best by a dollar I got in my car and bought the bike from 150th. So now I was just called Stinger to schedule some maintenance on my current bike, a 94 Fatboy , and was told they will no longer work on any Evolution engines. They are not training their mechanics how to work on them any more either. How many thousands of bikes have you sold w this engine only to tell people to now take it somewhere else we don't want anything to do w you and that bike we sold you. I went on to tell the guy on the phone that I don't really need any work on the engine, I need the brakes done and I need the handlebars changed along with all the lines. He said we don't even really want those bikes in here anymore. So basically if you bought a bike from Century with an Evo motor in it you'll have better luck taking it to a Honda dealership to get work done then you will the place you bought it from being Century a.k.a. stinger. My husband and I have visited several Harley Davidson dealerships in the area and have found the customer service to be non-existent...not true at Stinger! The young lady that rang up our purchase in the clothing department was very nice and helpful. At other dealerships they will almost bump into you and not say hello. We enjoyed talking to Keith about many of the bikes..he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my husband's questions. I have been riding for over 20 years and experienced many motorcycle dealerships since I relay on them for service. Century Harley Davidson has exceeded every expectation in purchasing a bike, parts and motor clothes. BUT the greatest appreciation I have is their service. By far the best group from service writer to technicians I have ever seen. This group cares about their customers. Anytime I have had an issues, they have seen it before and fixed it the first time. When a new product arrives to the market and they think it may help me, based on my riding, they let me know. This dealership help me enjoy my hobby and passions, as I know the bike will run anytime I leave the state! While I know there are other Harley Dealerships in the Cleveland Ohio area having been a customer of them in the past, but no more with Century HD. Chris, Tim, John, Mike and Ray - Always go above and beyond for me...but I have seen them do it for all their customers! Highly recommend them for anything you may need for your ride! read more

Bait and switch. Buyer beware. I stopped in to look at a used bike two weeks ago with a strict budget for a bike. We negotiated and came within $665 of my budget but they wouldn't budge. No problem. I walked. Salesman called me two weeks later to say they'll give me my price and so I set up an appointment. I showed up today, bought some gear, and the last thing was to sit down with the finance guy. I was paying cash mind you. He gave me the grand total and to my shock it was a $1000 more than their best price two weeks ago. Do they think people are stupid? Old school and totally unethical practice. read more

Traveling from Boston Massachusetts to Indianapolis Indiana we stopped at a lot of Harley Davidsons'. This store in particular was by far the most friendly staff I have encountered. What a fantastic establishment and group of people you have working at Century! I was up Akron for a conference this weekend and my bike broke down at the Sheetz a few miles away. A gentleman offered to tow my bike and Ryan and Chris at Century said they would stay open and get me back on the road even if they had to work late. It was a tough diagnosis but the the mechanics found a faulty on/off switch in the handlebar and replaced it. I drove my bike back home to Pittsburgh today with my brothers and had no problems. What a first class dealership! I wish I could remember the mechanics who put their minds together to diagnose the problem but one is listed on my work order as CSTA. I will always remember your kindness and pass along kudos when possible. Being harley enthusiasts my girlfriend and I were looking to upgrade our bikes and had seen two we liked at century. We got there with the intention of buying two bikes , was greeted and introduced to Matt a nice man and friendly salesman. Then Brad ( i think he was the sales Manger ) butted in and made inappropriate comments to my girl friend about how selling two bikes was to much work and she should leave me and buy hers buy her self. I laughed it off because there are douch bags everywhere. After being laughed at and rejected either he is just using old fashioned sales techniques or his small man syndrome kicked in . After my girl friend flat said I don't want your bike I still tried to make my deal because business is business and I deal with douch bags all the time. Finally he came with a $6,000 down payment on $10,000 bike. Taking the situation from douch bag to I just don't want to sell you this bike. After leaving I went to the dealer I bought my first bike from and received the legendary customer service I am used to from harley dealers. They found me a bike to meet my needs with resonable financing. We are still working out the details in a friendly proffessinal manner. They are looking for a bike that will fit her needs as well....I can guarantee we will not look at century again. read more

Let me start by saying this post is on my brother's behalf as he purchased a new street glide from Century HD earlier this year and gave me input for this post. While the bike is amazing (aren't they all), there was a lot to be desired from the dealership. I'll attempt to make this short, but there's a lot of details. Simply put, the bike's speedometer was working intermittently and the bike was stalling out at times. When he took the bike in for service, they assured him that it was because a spark plug cable was loose. While that explained the stalling, it didn't explain the speedometer issue. Well, a couple of days later, the speedo began to go out again and the bike was nearly stalling at low speeds. Having ridden for years, we knew it wasn't a rookie issue...nonetheless, we ribbed him on that for awhile. My brother had some words with the service desk because they were treating him like a rookie and to be quite honest, he was getting frustrated about having spent $25,000 on a bike he kept returning to the shop. The manager (I believe his name was Brad) called and my brother had him on speaker phone so I could hear the conversation. Astounded at how Brad was treating my brother, I joined the discussion and stated that we could just as easily involve the Ohio Attorney General's Office on the issue if he didn't want to help. Brad's ego possessed his soul and after vomiting and flying up to the ceiling (kidding...but you knew that), Brad became ultra aggressive and told me that he would refuse service if we did that....umm, I'm sure that's not legal! He went on to say that he's not talking to me. I took a deep breath and realized that Brad has some internal issues that may need to be worked-out and let this one rest. They again took my brother's bike in and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. So recently, my brother again had the issue and took the bike to neighboring dealership (60 miles away) known as Mad River HD in Sandusky, Ohio and they were completely opposite and totally willing to resolve the issue. My brother has an appointment and we're confident they will fix it. read more
