I paid $2,000 toward a repair that was originally supposed to cost $4,500. After repeated delays, my vehicle has been substantially dismantled and the repair is still not completed. What I personally observed at their current location was extremely concerning. The business appears to be operating out of a former taekwondo studio with no traditional automotive garage or enclosed repair bays. My vehicle was outside in the parking lot, raised and being dismantled while major engine work was being performed outdoors. Inside and around the shop, I observed loose automotive parts, trash and debris throughout the area, cords and equipment in walkways, and automotive batteries stacked on the floor beneath/near an area with a leaking ceiling. Parts, equipment and automotive materials were also being kept outside in the parking lot. During attempts to resolve the situation, I was offered $6,000 total to settle the matter, as well as different replacement vehicles. I declined the proposed vehicles because I wanted any replacement vehicle to come from a legitimate dealership of my choosing. I also requested assurances regarding the quality and safety of the repair and an independent inspection. I have photographs and documentation of the condition of my vehicle and the property. I have filed complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), Pinellas County Consumer Protection, and local Code Enforcement/Zoning so the appropriate agencies can independently review the business and property. This review reflects my personal experience and what I personally observed. After everything I have experienced with my vehicle, I would not trust this business with another vehicle and would not recommend it to others.

Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish -- in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that.
