It's a shame because I try to support local shops, but the hostile energy here made me feel unwelcome. Because I am a nerd, I read windshield wiper reviews and wrote down which ones I was interested in. When I walked in the store, I was greeted immediately. They did not have my first choice wiper available (it was back-ordered) but they did have my second choice in stock. The wipers happened to be on sale too, which is always an added bonus. Only one brake pad wore completely down while all the other pads were still in good condition, which clearly indicates abnormal and uneven wear. However, the manager refused to replace it, saying the pad had to be physically broken--not worn. This condition was never clearly explained when I bought them. Advertising a lifetime warranty and then refusing to honor it when one pad fails abnormally is misleading. Terrible customer service and a very frustrating warranty experience.
