He even said if neither of the two he took from his stock didn't fit, he would go to the local hardware store and buy one that did fit. Super clear, patient, and easy to follow. He eventually tracked down the problem, which turned out to be a short causing the breaker to trip. Once he fixed it, everything worked perfectly again.
