Just checked out an old favorite of mine while I was in Chickasha Oklahoma. Interurban , what a great experience, food was spectacular. I enjoyed the white fish while my grandson had the burger from kids menu. If you are ever in Chickasha Oklahoma give this place a try it's not only worth your time but the food is an excellent value and quality. read more

Came to have supper with friends and family. Food took over 40 minutes to get after ordering and our water glasses were dry for extended period of time twice then waitress dropped our tickets off and just vanished. Fast seating, friendly staff. Our waitress was very attentive. Great food. My husband comes here with his work crew after they're done for the day. They can have a beer and catch the game while they have a nice meal. It was busy around dinner but that was to be expected. I rarely write reviews but my experience these past couple of days has compelled me to write. I'm in from out of town and Went to Interurban Friday evening and found the place semi crowded. Sat at the bar but it took me a while to be recognized. I finally got a beer and then had to raise my hand to place my food order. Bartender seemed interested in the apparent regulars - not so much to me. I left unimpressed. I decided to give it a go once more Sunday evening. Got there about 845 pm not knowing they closed at 9. Hostess said I could sit at the bar - bartender, rather rudely, said they already had last call. Interesting since there were still many people in the place. Anyway - I left and found the A&R grill -- best catfish I've had in a while - and much more pleasant employees. Just my 2cents. read more

Interurban is the most consistent restaurant in town with quality of food and service. The management team and staff are amazing and approachable and are very hands on. countless times we have been greeted and accommodated above and beyond just average service. Although this place is a chain, when tucked away down a dead end road in a small town like Chickasha it's more of a local joint. My husband and I have ate here twice, both times the food was excellent! I especially love their okie fries and Mac and cheese! It does have a nice big patio area to eat outside, one covered and one is not. In addition you could have a nice cold drink at their bar area equipped with tvs usually playing the current sports interest. My family comes here all the time they've NEVER disappointed the staff is so friendly always greets us as soon and we walk in and the host are always nice and every waitress or waiter has always done a 110% job! I recommend coming here for just a family night friends night out a couples date even for a meeting the place is just a great atmosphere and they also have a bar on the other side of the restaurant and outdoor seating area. Almost every birthday of one of my friends or family members we always come here to get dinner! Oh and if you haven't had their Queso you HAVE TOO!! Service is poor and food quality needs improvement. Hostess was gone from front and we stood at the entrance several minutes. When she arrived she told us to have a seat and when we asked how long of wait she said she has no idea....someone is going to have to get up. The fajitas we ordered came out burnt and they had to literally open the restaurant doors to air out the smoke. Some food items on other orders were forgot. To end it all, the ticket had mistakes on it. There was a number is missteps. I'm not in the area often but I would rather go to A&E or Bistro Loraine's where the food and service is consistently good. read more

Been here many times. It's mostly average, steaks are fried, and the "pulled pork" is really sliced ham. The ribs are good and so are the buffalo wings. read more

Wonderful, friendly, attentive, and efficient staff, great food, well prepared and attractively presented. The menu had a wide variety of choices and was easily adapted to fit special dietary needs. It was not very busy when we arrived early on a Saturday evening, but was quickly filled to capacity with waiting list. We were impressed at how smoothly and efficientlthe staff kept the flow and attended to guests, with even the manager stepping up to deliver food. Overall cleanliness was noted, and restrooms were clean and well stocked. So impressed with this location, that we returned. Once again, the staff was impeccable!! Super accommodating, friendly, and professional, and appeared to really enjoy working here. The food was cooked exactly as we requested, and presented attractively. Staff was very attentive and worked well together. It was extremely busy, this visit, but they maintained a smooth comfortable flow. Mainly in Chickasha for tournaments and I always bring my teams in to eat. We come in with anywhere from 10-20 people and are typically seated pretty quickly. (Some teams just sit and take up space for extended periods of time.) Food is always great, prices are great and the wait staff is very good about making sure our tickets are in order. Our baseball team was playing down the street, so 30+ of us stumbled in exhausted after a game at the same time another team arrived. Our teams Parents went straight to the bar and our kids went to the tables next to it. Jake was bartending and he was so great. He took our orders, served food, and filled up some of our pitchers of water because it was miserably hot and we were in such a rush. Overpriced, average run of the mill food, loud and uninviting. There is no way I would ever eat here again. The menu is anything but traditional American. One might call it a fusion restaurant. Non-the-less the food is so-so. Can get it anywhere quality at a much lower price. For what they charge you would expect at least 4 star quality. Not happening.
