They were very nice and took me as soon as I arrived. They ended up finding a nail in my tire, took the time to fix it even though they were busy. Auto Select popped up on Yelp and we called. Even though all appointments for that afternoon were booked, they agreed to take a look for us. We got there an hour or so later, left the vehicle, and walked across the street to Dunkin Donuts to wait. About 15-20 minutes later, through the window at our table, we saw one of the mechanics not run but actually SPRINT to the car and pull it up to the garage for service. This place was not lying about their exceptional service. They kept us in the loop via phone about the areas of the car they were inspecting and what the associated costs would be. Ultimately we ended up having to replace the compressor, which was a bummer as it was not cheap, but the price they quoted was fair and we were happy they had the part on hand. All in all, only took 2-3 hours and we were back on our way. AC is working again and we were happy to be kept cool the entire holiday weekend. Thanks Auto-Select! Side note: If you need a place to wait, would recommend Wise Fools Pub down the road. $2 beer on happy hour! Can't beat that price!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order for new tires at 4am. After realizing they were not…read morethe correct tires, I immediately submitted a cancellation just a few short hours later (4 ) via email because they do not list a telephone number. Not long after, I receive a voicemail and email from Dylan, a customer service rep. I immediately call back to complete the cancellation. After explaining the situation he asks to "Place the order on hold" assuring me that it would not ship. This would give me a chance to speak with my husband and determine the correct tires. He also says he will follow up with a telephone call the next morning. Here's the problem, he did not call nor email the following morning and now I know why.. I contacted him again via email later that day with the correct tires to order. I receive an email back stating " unfortunately the tires shipped and are on their way. Have a great day" as if that were my only option. I respond to him stating that was unacceptable, that I would decline the delivery and would be disputing the charges if I did not hear from a manager that day. I then get a response back from a different rep telling me that I will have to accept the delivery and ship them back at which time they could process a refund once received. Additionally, that I should not dispute the charges or I will have to wait longer for a refund. I then call in and speak to another rep who tells me unfortunately the order was not cancelled in time! Total crock of ****! I have yet to hear from a manager. I will definitely not be accepting a delivery for a product with less than half the quality of what I need nor have to deal with the hassle of returning them!
