Yesterday I broke down nearby, I walked into the store not having a clue what to do. I explained…read moreto Walter and Pat what was going on and without hesitation they came outside to check things out. They tested a couple things, and said they were good to go. They could have said sorry about your luck and been on their way but they continued to try to solve the problem. Mind you, I had already take the car to a mechanic who said nothing was wrong, even though the car would shut off while driving. Walter and Pat found one wires to the battery was frayed. They had it fixed in no time and charged more than a fair price. Even though this place is not close to home I will come back time and time again in order to get service like Pat and Walter Provided. If you guys see this Thanks again. You really made me day....really my month. I have been driving around with uneasiness for a few weeks. Keep up the great work, it's hard to find kind, hard working people these days.

I will only be going here from now on, as the service was out of this world. Shelby was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and answered all of my questions. The store itself was clean and nice but I was really blown away by the service I received, especially so late in the day when people are ready to go home. I'd recommend anyone using Verizon or thinking of switching to use this store.

On Friday, May 24, 2024, the service manager was working alone with many people waiting for his…read moreattention. He deleted data from my old phone before asking for the Apple ID password. I gave him what I thought was the correct password when he asked. He had already begun the data transfer rendering both my old phone AND the new phone inoperable. I left the store to go to the Apple Store in Grand Rapids which he assured me that Apple could fix. Because Apple needed 23 hours to send the proper password, and it was close to the Apple Store's closing time, we had to reschedule a 100+mile round trip visit for the following day. Due to my husband's illness, we were unable to return to Apple Store on Saturday. We rescheduled for Sunday. When we arrived on Sunday, Apple sent a message that it required 4 more hours to send the password. Sunday was short hours at the Apple Store and there wasn't enough time. We rescheduled for Monday. Monday I returned to the Apple Store and received some help. It was necessary, however to reschedule for backup on the computer for Wednesday to make certain that I'm not losing any data. (Tuesday was another day devoted to my husband's critical illness) Today is Thursday. I'm paying for 2 iPhones neither of which is satisfactorily operable. My old phone is telling me that it is unable to sync "some" data from the iCloud regarding Health and Maps. I am afraid to delete my old phone's data until I'm positive that I can use both of those apps. Maps, for example, doesn't connect to the car . I borrow my husband's phone to take us where we need to be for appointments for him. In short after 2 tanks of gasoline, many hours of inconvenience for several people, lots of money, and still no resolution to the problem because one person didn't ask the necessary question before starting to deactivate an older model phone, I will never shop at Verizon for devices again!

I was already part of T-Mobile and my lost phone was THANKFULLY paid off so I just had to come in for an upgrade. Took 15-20 minutes, about the time I realistically imagined it'd take. No major issues, and Henry also threw on a screen protector and charger (which charges much faster than Apple's standard charger and both only add around $5 to my monthly bill, not bad) and added insurance to my plan, which I thought I originally had. Overall, really good service, and I'm now loving my red iPhone 11.
