II was at my lunch and went to return a seat cover set that was never opened and even had a…read morereceipt. It took 15 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. The box was in perfect shape nothing wrong with anything. He hemmed and hawed about having to damage it out, went to the seat cover isle mumbled that he wished they never carried seat covers. Finally he decided to damage it out why I don't know why. Then male customer came in and they were all over helping him, 3 people to help one guy, made me feel like I did not matter. Maybe you just don't like older women. It should not take 15 minutes for a return with a receipt and an item that was never used. Plus, I could of done with out all the negative comments and being made to feel bad because he decided to damage the item out even though it was very much re-sellable. The staff was so unbelievably kind and friendly. I chatted with all of them, and the manager personally replaced the bolt for me (and added Loctite) so I wouldn't have to return to the horrible oil change shop. I felt respected and listened to here, and I will definitely return again if I need any auto parts.
