I went to get a new battery and asked them to replace the auxiliary battery while they had the other out. They tried talking me out of it. This whole time I had been in the back with them while they worked. They finally said they would check it, but then asked me to go up front and wait. After about 5-10 minutes they advised it was in good shape. I had wanted it replaced. By that time I was agitated enough and just left. I had the feeling they didn't check. So about 3 months after that I had a few electrical issues. Decided to take it in to the dealer this time and they had some component replaced and still had a few issues even after that. Turned out the auxiliary battery was the primary culprit. Dropped an extra 1k since interstate obviously didn't do what they said they did. I've researched and I guess it's hard to get to, but man...do your job or at least be honest and say "nope we don't do that". read more

It was friendly service but they screwed the phone up even more for example the frame wasn't back to shape, the screen wasn't put on the phone all the way and it was partially off the frame. I told them that I want a new slot put in for my SD card and they never put a new one on and let along kept the SD card which I had a whole ton of photos and music on it so it was really a waste of time and money that I was paying for. I'm pretty sure they're getting on to the employees for not repairing mobile phones right the first time. Let's just hope and pray that they get new employees on the spot to do the job right and hopefully there will be five star ratings with great reviews. I usually don't give bad ratings or bad reviews but I was not inpressed with the poor quality of my phone that came out worse than it was. read more

interstate Battery is the BEST!!!! I had to have a new battery as mine was dead. They had my battery replaced before I even could make a cup of coffee on their coffee maker in their great little hospitality area! WOW! It is our third time there; each time: extraordinary customer service, a great product, and a fabulously clean business!!! I went here to get my cell phone screen replaced. I was told it would be $160.00 to replace the screen. He said you're better off buying a new phone?? The phone was over $300 just got it a few months ago. I checked online for the type of screen I would need for replacement and it only costs 39.99 for the screen plus digitizer! There were some cheaper and some higher prices but zero for $160.00. I would not recommend going here for phone screen replacement! read more

My phone was not holding a great charge and needed to be charged 3 times a day. I took it here for a replacement which was done within 2 hrs. Unfortunately for me the new battery would not charge above 87% once installed. I spoke to the professionals at Interstate Battery and they recommended I bring them back the phone and they could try another new battery. They installed another new battery in my phone over my lunch break (under 40 min) and I couldn't be happier. This new battery charged right up to 100% and I've been using it heavily the last 4 hrs and we are just now at 80%. Normally I'd be at 50% or lower by now after a full charge over lunch. I couldn't be any more pleased with their product or their professionalism. This is the ONLY place I will be bringing my electronics to when their batteries inevitably run out of charging capacity. 5 star service all the way! read more
