The back patio at this place was really cool. Various seat options and corn hole boards. The inside of this place is also pretty big. Ton of beer options but nothing that really stood out.

First beer I received before being belittled by an insecure bro.

***TL;DR Summary: beer so-so with a good atmosphere: one worker is a total powertripping shoobie though and ruins the vibe. I would go to other local spot to avoid them*** I liked intersect until today. Skinny tall guy with long blonde hair and glasses was very unprofessional. I walked behind the bar wrongly to give trivia answers to a worker across the bar and instead of telling me immediately he waited until I returned to the other side of the bar (after maybe 5-10 minutes - why would he wait?) . He then raised his voice and scolded me repeatedly even though I was very receptive and immediately sorry upon returning. This is Borderline insane and insecure behavior for a business owner/hourly manager?. Many patrons were visibly surprised by his insanely paranoid/delayed behavior and felt uncomfortable by his pitiful display of attempted manliness/power? Being obviously much larger I understood his desire for one chance of power (see Stanford Prison Experiment) and I was very nice, professional, and tipped well. I am happy with myself for my patience with him but he needs to be fired or at least trained better for this business to succeed. I have spent many peaceful nights and money at intersect (on records AND beer) and I am disappointed to be treated so poorly. Everyone else was very nice working - I think he just forgot to take his medicine today. Also side note: he wasn't even behind the bar and never stated he even worked there. So my apologies to any owners or workers not affiliated with him. The picture below shows how close I was to the trivia announcer. I will not be back!

Doing the Rona right! Appreciated the bartender requesting a person who walked by with their mask hanging off their ear to put the mask back on. All the beers were really good- my husband and I mostly stick with the light or sour beers, and tried the majority of the menu. The hard seltzer and the guava sour were standouts, for sure. Loved the decor, which was musically themed, and the pinball machines looked fun and really added to the atmosphere. Felt a little cheated that it was located in a strip mall after looking at the amazing pictures of their beer on location at various lakes and hikes around the area! Overall, an excellent choice to get beer in Ft Collins after a hike.

Super casual environment, great seating layout throughout the space. Bar seating, big community tables, and little seating areas throughout to encourage that big group or private group outing. There is great natural light and I spied an outdoor seating area, too! My husband and I ordered the pink guava sour and an East Coast IPA to start. We grabbed the Beers and perused their record collection. Not to mention, we left with a six pack of both beers and a new Elton John record

Quite an IPA centric beer menu. Beers we tried were kind of average on the taste profile. Their 20oz pours are $1 more than 16oz, so a decent choice to get 25% more for just a buck. The service was lackluster to say the least. Definitely not aiming to earn a tip. I got the impression the staffs limited conversation among themselves was more important than serving me and my wife. Even when answering a question about how much our two beers were, I got blanked to respond to a colleague and my answer came 3 minutes later. My wife and I looked at each other dumbfounded. When paying customers don't warrant the full attention of the staff they better have amazing atmosphere and/or outstanding beers, unfortunately this place doesn't have either.

Still battling an awful hangover from the previous day, I am sad that I couldn't fully appreciate my visit to Intersect. The space itself is large and open as is the outdoor patio area. The beertenders were friendly and helpful. The only beer I tried was the West End pale ale as I couldn't handle anything else at the time, but it was a delicious, malty ale that went down easy. I wish could have tried other styles but that's my own fault. Intersect is a great place to unwind in FoCo that's both kid and dog friendly. I'm not a fan of kids in breweries/taprooms (can't the adults have ONE place for themselves?) but whatever, I'm getting used to it. Intersect isn't bad. They're one of the newer breweries so there's certainly room for improvement. If you're looking for a spacious spot to relax with a pint, it gets the job done.

The beer was okay, and the patio was awesome. The service and snack could use some work.

I think Hello Brew was my favorite brewery I went to while on a recent trip back to Colorado. This…read morewas a road trip too and a lot of brewery experiences were happened so it's saying a great deal just how much I enjoyed this brewery. It's because of their creativity for their beer. Anything creative with a beer and sometimes it can push one of my ratings all the way to five stars. I had their Mick Jr., it was an IPA but such a different kind of one. I can't tell you how many IPA'S I've had in my beer adventuring but I never had an oat cream IPA. There are several kinds of hops that go into the beer but the sweet oat kicks in and it plays off the hops in such a wonderful kind of way. I could have had a couple of glasses of this IPA but I controlled myself as more brewery experiences were eagerly awaiting. Excellent brewery and highly recommend trying it!

It's a house-turned-brewery with a casual, inviting vibe--plenty of seating options on the lawn, patio, and inside. The decor leans very Scandinavian: light wood, bright spaces, and nothing overly flashy. It's clear the focus is on the beer itself, not on branding or gimmicks. We stopped by after tubing the Poudre this summer and honestly, it was a pleasant little break. The staff was friendly, though I did notice the familiar slight edge when I asked if they had any sours on tap. Not always, but sometimes brewery staff can come off a bit particular about what they serve. I get it--me asking about sours isn't a critique of your beer; it's just my preference. That said, the beer itself is solid. The hazy tastes like a hazy, the pilsner tastes like a pilsner. Nothing revolutionary, but reliably good. Pours are standard, and prices felt fair for what we got. Sometimes, though, it's just nice to grab a simple beer, sit at a picnic table, and watch people stroll by in Old Town. They also seem genuinely invested in the community, partaking in events like Pilsner Palooza, doing collabs with other breweries in CO, and supporting folks during the government shutdown and SNAP benefit gaps. I'd go again, though it's probably better in smaller groups and without young, mobile kids--makes for a more peaceful visit. Overall, Hello Brew is quietly solid, pleasant, and worth stopping by if you want something low-key and well-made.
