She was very hard to deal with and made promises of upgrades about the house that were never kept. Likewise, they were very unorganized and never scheduled maintenance visits with me; they merely just showed up unannounced! Honestly, the way they handled most issues was very unprofessional. It was clear they had my neighbors watching me as the main lady would randomly approach me with questions about the people I was having at my place and such forth (very pointed question, that obviously someone observed and reported to her), and it really didn't matter what answer I gave, she'd just look at me like I was lying! The final issue I will mention is during our move-out walkthrough, where she checked damages and continued to tell my husband, "oh, that's not your fault- you won't be charged for that.." only to find out we got charged for everything, even for things that were perfectly fine! To this day, I think she chose to take advantage of us because we are a military family, and she knew we'd be moving out of state. I am all for supporting small, local businesses, but this place receives one star from me because of how unprofessional they behaved during my stay. I will never rent with them again.
