I had Telnor for 12 years in La Salina.For the most part, it worked okay. The biggest problem I had…read morewith the company had to do with their customer service, when something went wrong. Ostensibly, one can interact with customer service online or by telephone. I speak Spanish relatively well, but could never conduct business with Telnor except face-to-face at their office. Typically, this takes one half day at the office, plus any travel time involved.
My experience is not unique, but common to all my neighbors.
