One of the best parts of the event was how they introduced the elite runners. They turned the lights off in the arena, announced each athlete individually, and they ran out onto the track with sparks shooting up. That whole presentation was fire and really made the moment feel special for the athletes and the crowd. The atmosphere was great and you could feel the excitement in the building. My only complaint is about some of the staff (not all). I had been sitting in a section for over four hours after being told by one worker that it was fine to sit there. Later on, a few other workers came over and told me I had to move. It wasn't even the request that bothered me--it was the way it was delivered. When you're dealing with adults, especially paying guests who've been there for hours, it's all about how you communicate. At one point it felt like they were all teaming up like Voltron instead of just getting a supervisor to clear things up. Situations like that can easily be avoided with better customer service and communication. Needless to say I didn't go anywhere until my daughter ran off the principal. Aside from that situation, the event itself was great. The competition, the energy in the building, and the way they highlight the elite athletes made it a really memorable experience.

I ended up running laps outside with my athlete to get her warmed up, which many others were doing, so even that was hard. My runner lived the track itself, it was a great track.

The other bleacher seating offers pretty good views until the 300s. Also, once you get to the 300s there is no back support (if that's what you're looking for). There is a number of concession stands around the arena with multiple food and drink options. I would say there should probably be more bathrooms since the lines can get ridiculously long during games. When judging the RAC on its own, it's pretty a good arena. However, compared to its Big Ten rivals, it has a lot of room for improvement and hopefully, they get an upgrade with the recent surge in basketball relevance.

I was with my sister and nephew who both come here often so I had zero worries. We parked at a small lot which I think was under a bridge of sorts. It was fairly empty and cost less than parking at the stadium. The walk over was under 5 mins. Double score. The Red.Bulls ended up winning over Washington. It was a great game despite the sweltering heat. We were on the first row, to the side of the goalie, but on the opposite side of the home team where all the fun stuff was happening. I noticed during the halftime show that all the fun activities were happening on the other side. Leaving for us was a breeze since we weren't fighting all the other folks exiting. So many cars were honking at the folks cutting them off. The sun had just set as we walked out of the stadium. What a sight to behold. The only concern for me is that their food selection was limited.

The stadium was clean and nice The reason for the 3 stars was that the parking situation and leaving was horrendous . I was stuck in the parking lot for over and hour trying to get out . Other than that area is congested so understandable that there was traffic but the parking lots by the stadium are so poorly managed . Parking lot was gravel/ rocks and areas with flood puddles . And One exit out ? Dangerous and horrendous . One of the reasons why I may never come back to this venue unless I figure out another way that is easier to park and leave . The manner in which the employer tables were arranged around the circular hallway was both smart and cool because job seekers were able to see all employers by simply walking the hallway. The signage for restrooms was confusing as many of them weren't open which was a bit frustrating and it would've been nice if there was a way to purchase or grab bottled water because it was hot inside. If coming here, try and park over by the Jersey Mike's Arena and they run a shuttle bus from 3 hours prior to game time till 3 hours after. The concourse is very narrow. This creates long lines at most of the food/drink stands. Even a trip to the restrooms is an adventure. I tried making this trip when leaving the stadium early 3rd quarter and lines ran 3 sections over. Oh my :( On a positive note, they have several food trucks about a 5 minute walk from the entrance to wet anyone's appetite.
