I have recently changed to seeing Sean Webster PA due to not having to wait for an appointment it makes it easier for me since my work schedule changes so frequently. The front office staff has always been very pleasant and the only problem I have ever had was once when I called I got left on hold for a long time, I hung up and called back and was answered right away and they were very apologetic for the inconvenience.

Previously, I was able to book online (as a existing patient); I was able to see available dates and times to compare with my calendar. Now, that option is no longer available. As someone on the spectrum and dealing with executive function issues, this is a major challenge! They have taken what was a straightforward experience/task and made it highly inaccessable to anyone dealing with accessibility challenges! As for the quality of care, my doc has always been wonderful. However, it is deeply frustrating that scheduling has become so convoluted and difficult. As well, getting in to see my doc, even as an existing patient, is vastly delayed compared to a year ago (prior to becoming part of the Oaks Medical Group). If you're considering a doc within the Oaks Medical Group, keep looking and doing research. Save yourself the frustration!

So we ended up having another doctor test him and it was his gallbladder. She should be fired. This was a while ago so hopefully she doesn't work at that clinic. Zero stars for her!

I felt very embarrassed and violated as I thought HIPPA protected me with privacy. A call center reads a one sentence script on results of my own tests which left me 3 steps removed. In making appointments one is left very confused with which company, what location or what medic. This is very important for insurances which I'm left to decipher. I wanted to write a different review for medic Sandra Robinson who was kind but not helpful. My gut issues were dodged not addressed. If its broken they see it. If not the obvious they deter it. Never a helpful resolution. I gave COPE/Ogden Clinic/Call Center (different company) one more go ~ They had an in house therapist for domestic abuse. She was very young and she was very rude stating "I feel your holding back"- NO training/knowledge in domestic abuse, No help outside of a shallow religious Davis County realm. We are in a Real World of violence! Help with domestic abuse, addictions, grief counseling or resources available for such traumas are not her thing. But I was certainly charged for nonsense! This whole place is a joke!

If your impoverished and can't buy the new line of Holistic Medicines being pushed, he has no time for you. Dr Rogers being in the seemingly important position he holds "Owner/Doctor" should easily be able to review notes left by his assistants that pertain to my.. or someone else's health condition wouldn't you think? Especially if the notes and UA's have gone on for months and are absolutely obvious to the matter at hand? Matter of fact he should probably review the staff Notes to see how I am doing medically, or even emotionally given the fact he is my Primary Care Doctor & I am a terminal patient? I would believe he would take the time to review staff notes! Wouldn't you prefer your notes are gone over by YOUR DOCTOR if you are not directly seen by him? I would expect my Doctor to do it, especially being the only Doctor there. Well that was not the case with me, guess his mistake is my fault? Laughable! A Mistake was being made for many months because of his lack of communication with his staff, and apparent inability to review notes pertaining to my health care file. Apparently in this clinic the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, so lets make it the patients fault and kick him/her out when you make a mistake! Works for you I guess? His displays of anger are pathetic & childish. Own what's yours! With the new office it kind of has the timeshare feel to it. Needs my slot for someone NOT on Medicaid to step in to generate a little more revenue? Well I got my Removal Letter thanks! Seriously this guy is Scary! Find a better Clinic.
