I was never given clear updates on the repair status, timelines, or delays, and I constantly had to chase someone down for answers. For a dealership service department, this level of disorganization, lack of staffing, and poor communication is unacceptable. Guy with red hair, beard, and mustache seriously told me to go to AutoZone. I don't want somebody to just put a scanner to my car. I wanted you to actually look at my car!
