At an onsite visit he was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to the work I wanted performed and upon a walkthrough and inspection of all area's we discussed options and he made several recommendations to consider in preparation for the project. What wasn't expected was after returning to the office he immediately found a carpet that nearly matched my existing carpet that I may be interested in and sent me pictures. I obtained a sample board and selected a style that was available, which he promptly ordered and scheduled an install date. What I appreciated was that Jayc kept in contact with me on every step from carpet order, shipped, arrival, and when an earlier installation date came available, which I took. Jayc coordinated with the installers and informed me when they were on their way. The installers were friendly and did an exceptional job in the carpet installation and carpet stretching, leaving all areas extremely clean. Pictures of this now look Photoshopped. I was so sure the carpet was ruined! The tech used two swatches of carpet to best match. A slightly darker shade on the front of the tread and a slightly lighter shade on the top of the tread. According to the tech who came out, when we have the carpets cleaned next week, it'll blend in even more. Overall, a pleasant experience and absolutely worth the money.

Horrendous experience…read more Imagine planning over 3 months in advance, spending over 25k to install floors, over 2 months of the physical installation, and 6 months to complete the project (due to ordering/inventory issues). The worst part is that the squeaks were not repaired before the install. 5 extremely loud joists in the most used locations of the house. We ended up hiring another contractor to pull up the floor and fix the squeak in one room that cost over 3k. If you like frustration and spending far more money than you need, go ahead and order from them and use their subcontractors. Or you can use a company that seamlessly bids, orders material and does the work from start to finish until you are 100% happy with the product. Up to you. Note, we still use the subcontractor because they do really good work. Dont use FWF for product and project management. If I could a 0 star rating, I would.

We have contacted them multiple times and we're told a rep would come look at them for the brand and nothing. This has been ongoing for months and we are about to have to replace all of them so we won't buy from them this time. My old house had Ikea laminate that was better and lasted longer. Just a shame to spend money on floors that didn't last even a year and to have no help from where we bought them. Expensive lesson learned, we will go elsewhere. For leather apparently you have to buy the whole cow and that's going for about $900. Way too rich for me so we looked at fake leather samples. I found one that was close to the original & settled on that. I gave them a deposit & the chair. It took about 3 weeks but a lot of that was waiting for the fabric to come in. Clint did an excellent job. Perfect diamonds with new buttons. Nice edging like the original as well. Very pleased.
