They started squeaking getting into or out of bed, They also started squeaking when you were in bed at night trying to go to sleep. I tried to seek remedy with the 10 year box spring warranty but squeaking was not covered of course. Not to worry, Ken and Gloria, owners of Everything Cool immediately said not to worry that they have our backs on this one. They offered us replacement foundations that are superior in quality to what we had originally purchased in September 2020. We paid a small fee for the set up, delivery, and haul away of the defective box springs. Well done and thank you Ken and Gloria. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store to others and will go out of my way to do so. Plus Everything Cool has really cool stuff for your house decor!! Exceptional customer service!!!!!

April was the creative professional we had hoped we could find! Her enthusiasm, instincts, experience technical skills and follow through were exactly what we needed, all at a very reasonable price. We discussed priorities, then she measured our tiny home and created a design that she adjusted for us along the way, using a technology-based program that helped us understand and visualize how all the components were going to work and look together. She also developed storyboards for us to use to discuss and research color, lighting, furniture, and accessories. She recommended our bedroom furniture, which we love!
