I was thrilled meeting the staff when I went into the store. Paid for a board of furniture to be put together $160.00. I ended up paying for very few pieces the total came to over $13,000. I I was shocked when the furniture was delivered, the couch was nothing like the one shown on the board, it is far too long, for my open concept apartment. Also the couch is so stiff If I sit or lay on it for an hour, every bone in my body aches. Why (and there was a choice) would they order a couch so stiff for a 100 lb. person. I also told them I had very few guests, but this
couch sits 6 people, now there is no room for any type of comfortable reading chair. End table is useless there is so little room for it and you cannot even see that it is there. I would not accept the area rug because it was cheap and looked like a black and white milk cow. I saw it on Wayfair $300 (black Friday $199) I was charged $1100, so there was no way I was keeping it, I was told "oh it can't be the same rug", but yes it was, I had the skew # and Name of it. My $1600 curtain rod is lopsided and the folds will not hang right, They had to refund my money for a picture that was so big it did not fit between the curtains - and it was a struggle to get a refund even though it was their fault for not measuring correctly. Lastly, the hanging lamp in the dining area came with a dented shade,is not a perfect circle therefore the bottom piece doesn't fit right, they said they would (reluctantly) replace it and send the movers to move a couple of furniture pieces. That was 3 months ago. Every time I call they are either not in, too busy to answer their calls or say they will call me back, but they never do. They put through a charge with no authorization from me, because I did not want to pay until the full job was done. (I had a clue they were fed up and moved on to bigger things).
Oh they said they really liked me to begin with and we were going to have a fun time
glamming up my place. But it isn't glam and it was no fun, believe me).
My former husband who works with Designers and Architects said "Oh, never disagree with them because you will pay for it in the end, they don't like being second guessed.) To this day I have never told anyone how much I paid, as a matter of fact I told them it was about $4000 dollars less than what I paid, and they still think I am crazy for blowing so much money with so much aggravation associated with this process.
So if you have a big personality and money to burn, by all means check them out. read more
