He went back before the store closed an hour or so after the purchase and they made an excuse not to honour it, saying the salesperson who helped him had to do the transaction. Well, my husband was on a schedule for work and could not stick around until the next day the salesperson returned so they said they would call us and honour the coupon. They never called.
