I purchased beautiful but expensive interior shutters for them to install. And they did in a…read moretimely manner but had to come back to fill some screw holes, caulk some cracks around other screws that were not properly pre-drilled. This was faux wood. What I didn't know was that just a little rain would cause the bottom (unsealed) to soak it up and bubble - I had left the windows open one night and some rain water got on them. There is no caution regarding water in the literature or warranty. So because these were "interior" shutters it was my fault they bubbled up. Flair refused to fix or replace them.

Scholtens didn't have contractors available so just ordered stuff. Last time I redid a bathroom went much smoother. Apparently I would have received better support had I been able to use their contractors. Doesn't explain order mix ups and not getting proper installation accessories. Will hold off redoing second bathroom. But it looks nice, just wish it had run smoother all around.

We met with a few contractors and we knew almost immediately that we wanted to work with Dave. His professionalism and knowledge were apparent right from the start. Dave is a an excellent advisor and problem-solver. His work is top-notch and he has the ability to understand your vision and make it happen. He guided our design choices for flooring, woodwork, and other materials. We decided to do built in bunkbeds, which Dave designed. They are perfect. He had siderails made that match the hardware we chose for the doors. He added tongue and grove to the bottom of the top bunks (the "ceiling" of the bottom bunk) to match the ceiling in the rooms, and storage under the bottom bunks. None of those were things we had requested but really added to the look and functionality of the room. This all might make it seem that we spent a fortune but our project came within our expected budget. Dave's estimate was accurate and he was able to accurately project the cost of additions we decided to make along the way. If you are doing a construction project, I highly, highly recommend you use Pro Care.
