The owners did not initiate contact regarding the installers arrival time and no apology was offered for the five hour delay. I was to take the countertop "as-is", or not at all. As the stone veining pattern was not satisfactory I did not purchase the backsplash. Don't trust the owners. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
