Upon the completion of our kitchen renovation, Peter (the owner of Interface Tile) offered to come back days later at no hint of charging us to move our refrigerator back into its original location on the beautiful new tile floor. Sure enough, on the morning of the day that the refrigerator could be moved back, Peter texted to say he would be at our house at 8:30 to move the refrigerator. Certainly very usual in today's world where a contractor who's received payment for a completed project will come back to move your appliances! If you're interested in quality tile craftsmanship and exceptional customer service I highly recommend Peter and Interface Tile.

I was not allowed the "promised" courtesy of approving the countertop template prior to the countertop being "cut". In addition, I waited five (5) hours for the installers. The owners did not initiate contact regarding the installers arrival time and no apology was offered for the five hour delay. I was to take the countertop "as-is", or not at all. As the stone veining pattern was not satisfactory I did not purchase the backsplash. Don't trust the owners. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Douglas was extremely communicative and easy to reach, helped scout materials to make sure the new floor matched our existing floor, and was generous with his expertise when we were selecting tile for the kitchen and making design decisions. He also provided detailed estimates and priced his services very reasonably. As others have noted, he and his team are punctual, neat and efficient.
