They then sent 1 guy to replace my whole house of windows. He didn't install the screens. He left my house a mess with so much sawdust throughout my home inside and out my gutters were clogged and I still have remnants inside. He installed them wrong every window is twisted not flat not making a seal so I have gaps causing draft, noise and I get smoke from outside neighbors coming in. They came several times and claimed manufacturer defaults and ordered new sashes, they were bringing the manufacturer to review the installation, they said originally they blamed the person messing up that it took a months to get someone out because they took the call in as wrong. The only people that came out were the original sales and installation people Bill McDermott and the guy Brain that installed the windows. The owner told me he would refund my money $28k about and never heard from him again. I said so I am left with windows that I have towels underneath now. I am out in a bad situation. This money was money left to me from my dad that passed and nothing. They stalled me until the warrantee and BBB complaint couldn't be filed. These people are not stand up business people owners. They are not ethical what so ever. I don't know how they sleep at night. This was my experience and nightmare and be ripped out and having left with a house of almost $30k of useless windows that need replacing after going on 2 years of trying to have them to the right thing and being scammed!

Then the carpet connection will help you with selections . Then they send out a third party to install. None of them seem to communicate with each other . I am horrified and embarrassed from the jobs they did in my house. We need to replace the floor they put in. They did not bother to put plywood or padding underneath the new flooring to level with the adjacent floorings. They installed carpet in another area of my house and they left staples sticking up all along the corners. Very sad and upsetting.
