At that visit, we were told they would arrange in-home ABA therapy for our son. For the next seven months, there was no proactive follow-up or clear communication. I was always the one calling or checking in. Each time, we were told to "wait." In July 2025, an employee admitted they were having difficulty finding a therapist and said she would reach out to other facilities for help. After nearly a year of waiting, on August 26, 2025, they informed us that they do not have the capability to find us a therapist and suggested that we start over and contact other providers ourselves. This means we lost almost an entire year of critical therapy time for our child during a window when early intervention matters most. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely disappointing and irresponsible. Parents, please go elsewhere if you want an ABA provider who truly cares about your child's wellbeing and respects your family's time. I would give zero star if I could. P.S. to your reply I feel like you kept giving us excuses. In the beginning, you told us the wait time would be three months. At no point did you tell us that you were not capable of finding an in-home ABA therapist. From the very start, we made it clear that clinic sessions were not an option because our child goes to school during the day. You kept reassuring us that we were first in line for a therapist when one became available, which gave us false hope. I don't understand why you weren't honest from the beginning that you didn't have the ability to provide one. If you had told us the truth, I would have sought help elsewhere. Instead, you wasted my son's precious time--time he could have been receiving therapy. I am beyond disappointed and have completely given up on this therapy center. Please do not give parents false hope.

We didn't get any notice and my 6 year old son didn't get a chance to say bye to her. This is unfair to any child, but especially to a child with autism who thrives on routine and structure. Now he is having trouble understanding why his RBT is not returning, which is heartbreaking for me as his Mom. Review posted 4/2021: I was able to get both of my son's started with in home ABA therapy quickly. This was amazing considering the outrageous wait lists other companies were giving me. Getting ABA therapy for them felt hopeless until I found ABA Institute. My younger son (4 year old with autism) has benefited tremendously from his ABA therapy services because his Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Jessica has been outstanding. What she has accomplished with him thus far has been truly amazing. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for him in a just a few months. She is a true gem! My older son (12 year old with autism) started with ABA services in February. His RBT Amanda has been truly sensational with him. He has made such progress in 2 months with Amanda. I can definitely see a huge difference. The office manager Laura is awesome about making sure the scheduling of the therapy sessions matches the needs of our family. Both of my son's therapy sessions are supervised by the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), Mr. Segall. He is super thorough and professional. He takes the time to make sure that every child's behavioral needs are being addressed in a very individualized fashion. He also works very well with us, the parents. Thank you, ABA Institute!!!

We pulled him out of pre kindergarten two years ago, but since partnering with Reset Behavior, I've seen incredible progress. Their team has been so supportive--developing real methods that help improve his behavior with peers and children. It's truly exhilarating to see how far he's come in such a short time. They treat my son with so much care, that I've made the commitment to keep him in Reset Behavior ABA full-time, even alongside his public-school program. As an autism parent, I can honestly say that Reset Behavior has gone above and beyond--teaching me about the laws and how to advocate effectively for my child's needs. I highly recommend all parents of children with autism to explore their programs. The peers are loving, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure your child is heard--and that you are too. They truly care, and I love the support they've given us.

Told the pharmacy I moved when I hadn't and actually use the same address cuz I'm in unstable housing. Refused to resolve the issue and now I cannot pick up my meds without changing my address which the meds help with things like that lol she simply said she was sorry for breaking the trust and understands if I didn't want to rebook. I said I would if she'd agree to some kind of way to let me know if she couldn't make it or to let me know earlier in the day we are good to go etc...I shouldn't have to do the job of my therapist rebuilding the trust she broke. Lol. Not to mention she refused to rebook me because of my foul language. I'm sorry but after all the shenanigans, I tried reaching out three separate times to book an appointment even. I told her that I was completely open anytime any day and to please book me and she never emailed me back and said that there must've been a miscommunication. I called when she was out of office and spoke to her associate and told them to book for me on Monday as long as Irene promises to do her job, by simply showing up, and if she cared about me as a client and wanted to rebuild the trust and to fix the address issue so that I can pick up my meds.... To go ahead and book me for Monday. That never happened. Roughly a week later I reach out again and supposedly there must've been another miscommunication. And then I'm told that I need to download an app and create a portal to then message Irene through there to create an appointment, which I hadn't had to do for my approximately four appointments previously. At this point, I was livid and of course cussing, and of course she drops me as a client. She doesn't read through emails. I told her that I was not taking a medicine because it was making me nauseous... and I'm still getting refill prescriptions for that medication. She does not care about you or her job. She might not even show up. And if she does mess up, she definitely won't care to do anything to make it right. Call me silly.... But who else in this entire world besides my therapist should I assume that they would want to rebuild my trust so that I can continue getting medical care? At this point, I don't care terrible response I had... they were too many mishaps and bs to sort through... you can't expect to be in the mental health industry and expect people to react calmly to your complete lack of care and attention. Go anywhere else. Gosh, at one point, she literally even told me that she can't force me to show up to an appointment or to take my meds when I was showing concern about taking a medicine that might not be available to me soon.... Heartless. I don't know how some people get job. Why are you in this industry if you don't care in general? And whatever BS response you'll have to this Irene. I really don't wanna hear an apology or how I didn't handle the situation correctly.... That's not my job that's yours.

They said they could work with my autistic son, his behaviors were ok, they were so eager! Then as time went by, "providers are no longer Avaliable" "we only have time during school for him" and my son is in middle school and can't miss days of school at a time. Then one day I asked what his schedule would be like for the following month so I can plan it out. They said "we no longer have providers who can work with your son". Out of no where. I told them if you did not want to work with him you could have just told me. Don't just leave me hanging. But they did. I don't recommend this ABA place if you have older kids who go to school with more behaviors. They say they can help you then just stop. My son is 11 and really enjoyed going there. We were shocked. That was one of the many milestones she achieved. If you are lucky enough to have options, don't think about it twice, ABCS is the way to go. A big thanks to all the Staff who helped our daughter (you know who you are). We are forever grateful!

To make a long story short: First, my daughter was attacked while under the care of these…read moreindividuals. Second, they are intentionally unclear, vague, and deceitful. My three-year-old daughter has been enrolled in this ABA therapy program since March 2024. Today, she was attacked in the clinic by another client--a client who, based on the location of my child's scars, is much bigger and/or older than her. This attack occurred at 12:45 PM, yet they chose not to inform us until 2:18 PM. Instead of calling, they texted. A situation like this warranted a phone call, not a text. They downplayed the severity, repeatedly calling it "little" and claiming they wanted to notify us "as soon as possible." Yet, it took them nearly two hours--via text--because they knew we would have picked her up early, costing them billable hours. Upon arriving, the director, Veronica, didn't greet me. Instead, she immediately launched into her version of the incident--one that contradicted both the text and the written report. The text said another client scratched my daughter's face. The report said she approached the client to share an item, and the client blocked her. But Veronica claimed my daughter tried to take a book, and the child pushed her away. If that were true, she wouldn't have multiple face scratches. Of course, they refuse to show me footage--because it's a lie. The male BCBA, Kioni, was supposedly supervising multiple clients and RBTs at once. The text claimed the RBT couldn't stop it in time, but in reality, the RBT wasn't even present. My daughter simply wasn't being supervised properly. To make matters worse, Veronica told me five different times, in five different ways, that it was my child's fault. My daughter is mild-mannered. Staff have repeatedly praised her for being calm, easy to work with, and affectionate. So no, my child was not the problem. The lack of control, erratic behavior of another client, and improper supervision were the real issues. Other serious concerns: *We EXPLICITLY told ABCS that under no circumstances should my daughter be under male supervision. They assured us this would never happen. Yet today, a male BCBA was watching her while her female RBT was on break. How many times has this happened? Their lies and deceit sicken me. *In December 2024, my daughter had a bald patch at the nape of her neck, as if someone had pulled her braids. She does not pull her hair, nor does her sister. The only time she's around other kids is at ABA. Yet when we asked, they all denied witnessing anything. My guess? Another child pulled her hair, but because there was no visible evidence to them at the time, they didn't report it. *In January 2025, we were told my daughter would be assigned a new RBT, Ariana. But several times at drop off we noticed a different person. When we asked, Ariana said, "Oh, I'm just helping them since -she- is easy to train with." That still made it seem like Ariana was her RBT but training others using my child. Weeks later, after pressing them, they admitted my daughter had actually not had a dedicated RBT for weeks. Why lie instead of being honest? *They accused us of being late to pick-up multiple times, recording us as 15 minutes late when my text receipts prove otherwise. They bill in 15-minute increments, rounding up after seven minutes. Even with that policy, it doesn't add up. Were we ever late? Yes. But not to the extent they claimed. Meanwhile, RBTs frequently canceled last minute without consequences. One mother, who relied on the bus, received the same threatening tardy letters we did. But staff can come and go as they please. *We asked if my daughter's other therapists (OT and ST) could provide services at the clinic for comprehensive care. Instead of prioritizing my child's needs, they prioritized billable hours and dodged giving us a straight answer for a full year. For months, we considered pulling our daughter out due to ongoing issues and feeling she wasn't receiving all the therapy she needed. But we stayed, holding on to hope. Even when the BCBA who originally recommended this clinic pulled her own kids out, we stayed. There's no telling what has happened to my child behind closed doors. But never again. I urge others to look elsewhere.
